My husband has since moved into a community, since his care needs were more then we can handle. Our experience with this agency was a good one, we were very pleased with the services that we received from them. Thing went well with the staff, they were helpful and nice with everything.

Our experience with Senior Helpers was a very good one. The turn-around between calling the service and the caregiver being sent was very quick, and the person they sent us did a wonderful job! Mom was very reluctant about this whole idea, and Colleen really won her over and made it work!

Senior Helpers have been a wonderful agency to help my mother. The care providers are always on time and considerate about leaving on time so she doesn't get billed for extra time. The care has been wonderful, each person meets my mothers needs for cleaning, meal prep, eyes for making sure her insulin pen is dialed to the correct amount, and companionship. They are considerate of her abilities and encourage or allow her to do the things she can do. The agency has been good at matching my mother up with compatible providers. There tends to be a bit of a turn over in staff, but we have found 2 people who are consistently assigned from week to week. Having a couple of consistent providers gives my mother a sense of security and trust.

A Place for Mom was highly professional in finding the right caretaker agency for us. Offered excellent choices, and we have been using their top choice for over a year, and are very satisfied.

I recently used Home Instead's services for my wife so I could get away for a few days. Everyone I dealt with in person or by phone was obviously committed to providing the best care possible. The lady they sent to our home was amazing and sincerely cared for my wife's well being. The costs are very reasonable for what they do. I will definitly use them again. I could not have been more satisfied.

We only needed the agency for a day and they came through and did exactly what was asked of them. Thankfully we did not need them on a consistent basis and it was great that they were still willing to help without a minimum of hours needed. I'd definitely use them again if the need arises.

After listening to my needs regarding care of my sister she quickly put me at ease about the service. We met the next day. My sister's concerns were quickly met with understanding and comfort. I started services with Senior Helpers a couple of months ago after deciding against assisted living and so far I have no complaints. The caregivers are very pleasant and friendly . They always do a wonderful job and do whatever I ask. I do not plan on going with another service provider and will increase the time if needed.

We utilized services for two days through Synergy and everything went well. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be very attentive as well. The one thing that I did not like is the fact that I asked for someone to assist with showering at least one of those days which they didn't do other than that things went well. I'd say I would recommend.

The companion has a good relationship with my father, and is prompt. She has been flexible with us, if for instance a Dr.'s appointment runs over a little or something.
