The administrative staff was very nice and they worked with us to find a caregiver that could fit our schedule and needs. The caregiver they sent out was friendly and professional and really seemed to care.

They have done a wonderful job. Jessica [removed] is a fireball, and she gets it done! We really like her. We have used other agencies in the past, and not had great results, but Home Helpers have been great!

Senior Helpers have the best staff and they take care of my grandfather. He is constantly raving about how he is treated on a day to day basis.

We have had a wonderful experience with Granny Nannies in Jacksonville, Florida. For the last several months, they have been providing home health care and personal assistance to my elderly step-mother with major health problems, and more recently to my elderly father as well. We have been extremely pleased both with their office staff and the in-home caregivers. Sandy and her office staff have been remarkably helpful, responsive, and patient in dealing with occasional last-minute schedule changes, and have also been a huge help in advocating for our needs with the long-term care insurance company when the insurance company tried to waffle about the level of care and the percentage of the costs they would pay. In the home, both Felicia and Chastity have been hardworking, trustworthy, and eternally patient in dealing with the demands of caring for very elderly, and often demanding patients. We recommend Granny Nannies without any reservations whatsoever.

So far so good. That worked better than I expected. The young lady they sent was very good. It's still new, so I only hope that they can keep up the good work.

The caregivers that Synergy sent out have been wonderful. Each one of them was helpful, attentive, professional and very competent. The administrative staff has done a great job finding caregivers that fit our needs.

They did exactly what we wanted. She really enjoyed the lady they sent, and everything went smoothly.

Well, I used the home care a while back for just a week or so, but it did not work out so I had to terminate that. The lady was competent and very good, but my wife needed more care than they were able to provide. I ended up moving her to an assisted living community instead.

My mom has been thrilled with the women sent to assist her during her recovery from a serious illness. They are delightful, friendly, and willing to do anything to help.
