These folks are taking great care of my sister. Dolores went above and beyond when I needed them to start. Being many states away, it is comforting to know she is so well cared for.

They are coachable, and adjust to needs. Very responsive.

Our nurse, Raphael, has been so very good with my husband, Gordon. He has come twice a week and took care of the wounds that Gordon had. They have healed so nicely. He is very efficient, explains things very well, and answers any questions we may have. I give an A+ to Raphael. Karen came one time, to change the foley catheter for my husband, and she, too, was extremely efficient and had a wonderful "bedside manner". She called a couple of times to be sure every thing was aok. She, too, gets an A+. Thank God for these fine people and the good that Home Helpers are doing. God bless you all.

This agency did a very good job of helping my mother out. I would give them the highest rating in everything. We are no longer using their services, but it was a nice experience. There was three women that came out and they were great. The third lady my mother had a good relationship with. They all with out their way to make sure she was happy. They would help with some cooking and cleaning. The care givers were very pro active.

We are very pleased with them in every way.There was a problem with who was coming in the early stages. It was taken care of very well. Would recommend strongly.

Christine was very responsive and understanding of my mother's needs. She set up a plan to identify 2 potential caretakers that my mother and I would interview. They listened and were responsive to what was needed. So far we are very pleased.

I chose Synergy Home Care over 2 other companies as I felt their caregivers were more compatible. They show up on time and help around the house as needed. I am very happy with them.

Everything is going very well for us with this home care agency. The care givers they have sent out have been very good. They come and help with cooking, cleaning , and some light chores. I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. I would recommend this home care.

Minor issue with caregiver, but overall great service

It's real important to interview and talk with the staff that'll be working directly with your family member. Make sure that it's a good fit for your family member. Personality is extremely important!

It's hard to write this, it makes me relive the very hard moments of my Mom's final days. But as I said in my thank you note to Steadfast and in fact in my eulogy at Mom's service, and to anyone who would listen, I thank lucky stars for the amazing angel aides who looked after Mom and came to my sister's and my rescue. These are the toughest times and Steadfast's aides were indeed angels. Could not have asked for better for Mom. So grateful.

I have a caretaker, Merium, and I am happy that she is working very well with my mom. Merium is an awesome helping hand. She does a great job keeping the house clean, she ensures Mom is eating her meals, gives mom her medication and ensures Mom is drinking plenty of water. They have a good time looking at pictures and Merium helps fix and add pictures to my moms albums.

My experience with this agency has been very good, better than I expected. Since my mom is feeble and fixed to her own ways, the caregiver is very accommodating. I have had the same caretaker from the beginning and I hope my mom will interact with her soon because the caretaker makes Mom comfortable and permits Mom's lifestyle. The caregiver help assisting in medication and leg bandages.

They are very reliable and have been excellent.

Synergy Home Care has been a good agency to work with. The housekeeping staff are friendly and punctual. They get along well with my cousin. The office staff are easy to work with as well. I would recommend this service.

I was very skeptical when it came time for me to hire someone with nursing experience to care for my 90 year old Mom. God pointed me in the right direction the day I called Wellness Watchers and spoke to Lolene, the owner of the company. Lolene came to my Mom's home to meet her and me. After speaking with Lolene I had a good feeling. She was very kind, compassionate and caring and she assured me the people she would be sending would be the same way. Alisia arrived the next day and Lolene was correct. Alisia has been wonderful and also very patient with my Mom (and my 90 year old Dad who isn't the easiest person to deal with !) Thank you to these two wonderful ladies and may God Bless them to continue their wonderful work. I recommend them highly.

The caregiver from HomeCare Professionals was wonderful. He was on time and helped my friend a lot. The office staff were great when I worked with them to set up the care. We no longer need the service but I would use them again.
