About 18 months ago, my sister and I realized that my parents needed a caregiver to be present in their home 24/7. My father has Lewy Body Dementia and Stage 4 cancer and my mom has Alzheimer's. We started with one company but there were problems. Caregivers were not dependable and petty disagreements between caregivers distracted from my parent's care. We also did not have a clear idea of what had transpired during our absence. We decided to switch to a different company, Griswold. A major difference is that these caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants. As my dad's challenges have progressed, I have seen the benefits of having caregivers trained as CNA's. I needed help taking him to the doctor. Both of the caregivers knew how to speak to him to get him in and out of the car and assist. I also watched as one of the caregivers let my dad do as much as he could to eat on his own, quietly encouraged him, and then, helped to ensure he got enough to eat and drink. She had a calm and caring manner about her which was soothing to me also. I am grateful, we made this choice to change companies. We also have a portal to see and hear how the day and night went. I would highly recommend this company.

When I set up the home care service they made the process easy. They explained everything. I like the caregivers that come out on time to the house to help with everything I need. Home Care Assistance of El Dorado County is doing a good job and I would recommend them.

We are happy with Homewatch CareGivers. They were very easy to work with to start up services for my loved one. So far things are going very well and we are satisfied with the care that they have provided.

We used Right at Home in orlando to care for my Mother. They provided very professional care and the caregivers are very knowledgeable on the best way to care for my mother. The caregivers show compassion by being attentive to my mother care needs and they even try to make her laugh as well. Definitely would recommend right at home to anyone who needs care in Orlando.

We have used this agency twice for my mother. The caregivers arrived on time and they understood what things we needed help with . I have no complaints about this agency. I would recommend their help.

Some of the caregivers went above and beyond with my mother. One of the caregivers that would come would take time to talk with my mother. The meal portions and taste were very good. The caregivers would also help with some of the cleaning around, they would make sure everything was organized. I would recommend Home Helpers of Tampa Bay to friends and family.

I am no longer using the help from Senior Helpers however the experience was nice. They came to my sister's house a couple of times and at that time, they seemed liked they were doing a good job. Only one time someone did not show up. All the caregivers seemed to be good and friendly helpers.

We have only been working with these caregivers less than a month but they are very professional and communicative with our family which we very much appreciate. so, far they have seemed very knowledgeable and very responsive to our family's needs. We look forward to continuing this relationship with them. We are grateful for the help from A Place For Mom in finding them.

They have been perfect. It's worked out well. They have been a great organization to work with. They have been very helpful. We are pleased with them for sure.

Our experience with Senior Helpers of the Villages was a very positive one! We initially had a minor issue with constant new caregivers before we had a set schedule of when we needed someone in mind, but once we had regular hours we were able to get the same people reliably. And once we got to know them we really liked most of the people they sent! They took great care of my loved one, even when he took a turn for the worse. I would definitely recommend the service.

This is a excellent community with wonderful staff who are outstanding in everyway. A clean environment in everyway. Alot of activities are offered for excellent care. A great value for the money and highly recommended to others for outstanding care!

Senior Helpers have been helpful with my mom's care. The caregivers is on time and ready to work. I think they are helpful staff when I need them.

Senior Helpers was a great help when my sister required assistance. The agency was very fast at setting up the service. The lady they sent out was pretty reliable but cancelled on us a few times. She was very honest and we would rate the caregiver 3 out of 5.

My loved one has been receiving the help of Synergy Homecare every now and then. The caregivers that have come have been nice. They help with some of the cleaning and do a good job. One thing i like is that they are really friendly and helpful.
