I can't say enough about the excellent care my parents have received from Senior Helpers. [Removed] is so connected and concerned for my mom. She comes early and is always willing to stick around if there's more to do. She handles everything from the cooking and cleaning to helping my dad into the shower. She's the glue that hold this household together.

Great home care, especially if you're dealing with memory loss. The caregivers that come in have been angels. I love Grace. My mother was independent and didn't want help because of her dementia. She needed help, but wouldn't accept it. Seniors helping seniors were previously there during the day taking care of mom, but she couldn't care less about them. She wanted Grace from Honor because of her patience. Grace takes copious notes that helps keep us looped in.

Home helpers and staff were truly a blessing to our entire family. They took care of both parents as they would have their own. As a family … We couldn’t always be there for our parents and Home Helpers truly made a difference. We would highly recommend them as we already have to others in need of assistance. My caregivers, Barbara with I Need an Angel is great. She is truly the best caregiver. I have had with an agency and she is the best fit for my sally. I am pleased with the service I have received.

The staff that came in to take care of my loved one was great. They did everything that needed to be done and even did extra if needed. I would use them again if I needed to. They kept me in the know about what my loved one needed as well.

Dad unexpectedly needed care, and i needed someone caring and responsible in just a few hours. I called and emailed lots of services. Honor turned around my request quickly, did a great day of assessment, and sent us a fantastic person to care for my dad. I strongly recommend them.

After 6 years of hiring lousy agencies that basically hire people whose only qualification is that they "have a pulse", I can't tell you how pleased I am with Honor. They are absolutely the best in-home care agency around! Don't even go to anyone else. These people are honest, professional and will only send the highest quality care-givers to you. My mom is 96 years old and lives with me, but we need to go out of town occasionally or to an all-day event. I went to Oregon and Washington DC this summer and never was worried or stressed out because the caregivers Honor sends are the most competent people around. One of their caregivers will be coming this Tuesday evening because I need to go to the East Bay for an extended evening and I know my mom will be in good hands.

They are a wonderful agency. I am beyond happy and it does not get any better. They are just always there and Mom likes every woman they send. The ladies at the office are wonderful. The caregivers clean up after themselves. They do what they say they will do. They are dependable and I would recommend them to family or friends.

The staff was outstanding and they did a great job with my loved one. They took care of all my loved ones needs and went over and above . The staff made sure that my loved ones house was kept up. I love them.

At the time they help sounded good for us. We were happy with them. They were able to come to our house and provide the necessary care. However, the amount was a little bit much for us. I would recommend their serviced to family and friends.

So far they seem to be doing a good job. Mom gets the same girl every time and she seems to be getting quite attached. We haven't had any complaints, or issues with people being late or not showing up. So far we are pretty happy with the agency.

We've only been using Home Instead for a short time, but so far the experience has been a very positive one! The people have all been very friendly, and we haven't run into any scheduling issues.

The staff here is stellar. They are rock stars. The office staff is great about keeping me informed with the needs of my loved ones. They always go over and above to make sure that my loved one feels safe and is happy. When they come in the home they treat my home with respect. The staff that comes in to my house is great. I don't have anyone that comes in regularly only when I need them. The staff keeps me involved with what I need. They really treat my house with respect and compassion.
