My sister is doing very well since she started to receive services from this home care agency. She is satisfied with all they have done for her. She is currently getting a new care giver, but the one she had was wonderful. Everything is going very well, and I would recommend this home care agency.

We really like this service for the care for my mom. They are willing to listen to our needs for the questions. The caretaker was wonderful. She helps my mom with personal needs and helps with meals. She helps with a lot of the little things. She will ask questions when need. I recommend the service for the great assistance that they have given me for the care of my mom.

I just wanted to take a minute to Thank you and your staff for the wonderful care my Mother received while recuperating from knee replacement surgery. She enjoyed all of the staff that was scheduled for her and appreciated all that they did for her. We had used another agency many years ago for my father and did not have the best experience so I know that my Mom was a bit apprehensive, but thank you for making her feel at ease with your assessment and the quality of your staff.

I wanted to let you know that our caregiver, Ashley, has done a phenomenal job. Not only does she provide outstanding care, but she arrived in the midst of a snow storm. She couldn't get her car up our steep driveway, so she parked at the bottom and walked up it on foot. Thankful for the care provided.

2nd Family - I want to pass along Holiday Greetings to you and your families and let you know how much Marian has meant to us this year. As you know, my Dad passed away in June and it was quite a loss for all of us. Marian, of course, shared in that along with us. We have come to depend on Marian very much and she does a wonderful job of taking care of EVERYTHING! We are very fortunate that Mom and Dad prepared for these years of their lives, enabling them to stay in their home. 2nd Family and, in particular, Marian make that possible as well.

I'am very satisfied with the services we are receiving from this home care agency. Our care giver is great. She is always on time, and she does pretty much whatever I ask her to do. She is really great at what she does. My wife is doing very well, and everything has worked out very well. I would highly recommend this home care agency.

I couldn't recommend a better home care health service for transitioning from inpatient care to independent living.

I have used Synergy on and off as needed for my husband's care. When I have had to change the hours at a moments notice, they have been fantastic in meeting my needs. The care givers have all had my husband's best interest at heart. They are prompt and have brought any issues to address to me or the staff. I would recommend them if a need arises in your life.

My 93 year old brother had been living alone for several years with declining ability to care for himself. When I realized we had an urgent need, I began by praying, then calling several agencies listed in the yellow pages. Synergy was by far the most responsive, thorough, and helpful in defining my specific needs. A home care specialist arrived the next morning and was a perfect fit for my brother's needs. Each specialist who came had a special personal quality who entertained and provided companionship in addition to providing meals, meds, and other needs. I will always be thankful for Synergy's compassionate care during the transitional weeks before moving to assisted living.

The help and caregiver has been good and we have been pleased with the outcome. The caregiver is a sitter and everything from staying with my dad and helping my mom with light things around the house. They have been really good at understanding my dad and my mom. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I am very happy with the services of this in home care service. The care taker has been outstanding and respectful. We are getting the help that we need for my dad.They arrive on time and we could not be happier with the caretakers with all their help. I know that they will be there when needed.

From the very first call, Jaqueline was supportive, caring and flexible. I was seeking some care for my sister, who was going home from a nursing home where she'd been placed after a hospitalization. I was working in Canada and not available to help. Jaqueline listened to my concerns and helped me determine a schedule. My sister was a little anxious about having a stranger help her, but America was totally amazing, and made my sister quite comfortable. America reported some concerns about my sister and the office called me to pass them along. Even the person who called was very sweet and compassionate. I was alerted to call my sister and get some issues resolved. I couldn't be happier, and highly recommend Senior Helpers.

Everything went very well for my parents, during the time they were receiving home care from this agency. I was satisfied with all the help they provided my parents with. They would help with cooking, cleaning, and some personal care. It was a good experience and everything went well. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

Honor has been very professional and helpful. The sales rep came to the hospital to meet my mother and I. No pressure to join the agency. They gave us information on the company. I joined Honor and have been happy with the services. They took good care of my mother and interact well with her while I was at work. Great program...!

My grandmother's experience with the Right at Home has been great. She has a steady caregiver that comes to her home and helps her with many tasks, such as housekeeping and other things in her home. We are very happy with their service so far.

They have been wonderful for my parents. The staff has been able to do everything that needs to be taken care of. They make sure that my parents get to there appointments and that they also are able to go shopping. We love them.

Are they perfect? No ... Do they do everything they can to make whatever is wrong right? Yes 100% of the time.

They were very good to my mom in her last days. They made everything great and there services really helped. I will be using there services again for my father because they were excellent and did such an outstanding job.

It’s amazing to think after several months of putting off a decision to get in-home care for my mom, we're now wondering, "Why didn't we do this earlier?"
