Absolute Care Services is absolutely the right choice. A small agency that is able to provide the right care giver. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. They will even provide information regarding additional options that may be covered by Medicare. We would absolutely use them again.

We need in-home care for a very independently-minded elderly mother, for whom the idea of accepting help from outside of the family was initially daunting. 24 Hr Homecare came through on their promise to match a suitable caregiver to our family member. After the first visit, our mom was ready to commit to a weekly schedule of care. After the second visit, mom was making plans for subsequent visits with the caregiver. Our caregiver is skilled, respectful, smart, and absolutely dedicated to mom's safety, comfort, and enjoyment of each visit. The beneficial impact of our caregiver on mom's self-esteem cannot be measured. The value of our caregiver improves life for mom and the whole family. We have a trusty resource in 24 Hr Care, and we can now settle back into a wholesome family rhthym. 24 Hr Homecare has provided rapid responses to phone calls and emails. Our Account Manager answered all our questions by phone and in the initial in-home assessment. The company provides thorough information in all communications, in a handy easy-to-use packet left in our home.

They have only come out once so far to help my Mom, but my Mom is pleased with how it is going.

The process was easy and I found the leadership to be very helpful in explaining the various options that were available to me. We only needed a "companion"/wellness check on our elderly mother while we were out of town. The campanion that they sent was very interactive and quite polite to my mother. She put her at ease however my mother felt bad that the "girl" had nothing to do. This was truly a relief to know that an additional set of eyes were watching over her. I knew the staff from my own professional career and was quite pleased with our overall experience. We will definitely utilize this service again if required.

My brothers & I had to find extra care for our 78 year old Mom recently, she was in a Rehab facility & had Dementia and needed some extra care and attention. They sent an excellent Nurse assistant out who stayed with my Mom every day for a week. The Nurse would talk to her and keep her company when we could not be there, as well as help the other Nurses at the facility so it was a real blessing. About three weeks later My Mom had been in a Nursing Home, we brought her home as she was not looking too well and we had 4 Seasons send out Nurses 24/7 in 12 hour shifts to help look after Mom at home. Mom passed away a few days later in our home and the 4 Seasons nurses were just awesome, they helped clean her, administer medications, change bedding, keep her comfortable, and were just there with her around the clock. If you need Nursing assistants at home or anywhere else, I can definitely recommend 4 Seasons Nursing care, Great people, very trustworthy and honest, and they really do care in my opinion.

Every caregiver that worked with my husband who has mild Alzheimers was excellent. They were mindful of his needs and let him rest when he needed to. They produced great meals for him and kept him company. J Every on of the your people were warm, quiet, and comforting which is what he needs at this point. Thank you so much.

We had several very difficult and challenging months with my father, and Christine, Delores and Norma were with us every step of the way providing support for both our dad and our family, too. They were attentive to his needs, and went above and beyond to help with advice and whatever help we needed for problems we encountered along the way. We are grateful for their help, and would recommend their work to any family with a senior who needs everything from a little help to 24/7 care.

My father has been getting assistance with this agency and so far I love the caretaker, I wish I could keep her forever. The caretaker is always on time and very patient with Dad, she tries to play games and listens to the stories my dad tells. The meal that are prepared are enjoyed by Dad. I see that the caretaker washes dishes and keeps the house spotless. I have already recommend this agency to others because they are great at what they do.

My father in law has really adjusted well to this home care. They are really good at what they do. They help him out with some light cleaning and cooking. The care giver that comes over is very wonderful. My father in law really likes him. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. I recommend it.

She is always here on time. She leaves kitchen and bathroom clean. Always wash client clothes and is very attentive. I enjoy my care team!

If you are looking for an in-home aide you are probably wracked with nerves about what kind of company and people you will be dealing with - I know we were when we started looking for an aide for our elderly father. Our experience with Star Multi Care was so incredibly comforting and such a tremendous relief. The staff are responsive and professional but so personable and compassionate. The aides we were lucky enough to hire were outstanding. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very proactive. They couldn't have been nicer, or more reliable or kind, or knowledgeable. They were just great! And Michael who chose the caregivers was great, he picked wonderful people, and I could call him anytime day or night with any question or concern. It was a wonderful service, I was very pleased!

Synergy Homecare came to our rescue after a family member living alone had a bad fall. Our Senior Advisor with A Place For Mom had already recommended Synergy Homecare as a possible choice for our family member. Within a few hours of our phone call, Synergy had caregivers in place 24/7 . The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable about the steps we needed to take after the fall. Our family was so relieved to have solid advice from a company who truly cared about our situation!

So far they have been absolutely wonderful. They absolutely 100% did everything, above and beyond anything we could have asked for. I couldn't have asked for anything better. We had a new hire and the owner came out with her to make sure everything went smooth. The owner took personal responsibility for everything. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
