We only used this agency for a short time but the caregivers were very nice, caring and professional with my grandmother. I was happy with their service and I would definitely recommend this agency and their caregivers.

Very easy process... I explained my fathers needs and the schedule i wanted. They sent their Scheduler [Removed] and the CNA that would be assisting him to the home for a free in home assessment and were delightful. [Removed] worked her schedule with no issues and I can resume my daily tasks knowing he's in good hands. Would highly recommend Distinctive Home Care!!!!

Home Instead provides excellent companionship for my mom. The caregivers that have come out to our house are very friendly and caring. They provide great companionship for my mom. They are great conversationalists and has a good rapport with her. They do light housekeeping and prepare her lunches.They represent themselves and the company well by their clean appearance and positive attitude.Right now they are helping my mom with the transition into a community. Providing her companionship while she gets acclimated to her new surroundings. I would highly recommend Home Instead to friends and family.

We are very pleased with the care my wife is getting here at home and we like that we have just the one car giver. The agency does make sure that we have coverage if our caregiver cannot come too. Our caregiver is very attentive and caring and she takes such good care of my wife's needs. I would definitely recommend this agency for in-home care.

Visiting Angels has always provided great care for me. They are available all hours day or night and can always be reached. They have always been able to meet my schedule changes. Staff is easy to work with caregivers are good.

The staff is very well trained and respectful, which I find incredibly important. It's kind of complicated to get things started and work out care options afterwards, but given adequate attention things run very smoothly. I've had less positive experiences with other providers. The service quality experience is great and everything that I expected. They help me when I have a question or concern. They try their best to make sure that I'm satisfied. They are also very affordable. Overall, I am VERY happy I went with Elite.

We are so blessed that someone has recommended this service to us. The 2 caregivers that have been coming out to my wife have been angels. Most people don't treat stroke patients with the level or care they deserve but not these ladies. They speak and treat my wife with the utmost respect and dignity. They are gentle and speak to her softly. They are always on time and if for what ever reason someone isn't able to able to make the appointment they send a replacement out quickly so we don't miss an appointment. The agency is easy to get ahold of we just love them. The agency from what we have been told has only been servicing this area since about February and we are sure glad they started.

The Caregiver takes care of my husband which is the most important thing. She also helps me change the bed, drives us to run errands and always does what we ask. My Husband can be stubborn but the Caregiver knows how to handle him very well, even better than me. He loves her!

We would give a Triple A rating to Right at Home Pinellas. They are very professional and provide excellent service. They were always prompt and accommodating when we needed them. My mom needed assistance to medical appointments that required long medical treatments. The caregivers that were sent provided warm and caring companionship before, during and afterward. Since I live so far away it is great to know that I can depend on them to be there when I can't and to know that she is in good hands. My mom has told me she really enjoyed their companionship. I would highly recommend Right at Home Pinellas to friends and family.

We were happy with care from the staff from this service. They were helpful and caring about what we were needing for in home care. We like that they were able to help as soon as needed. The care taker is friendly and respectable. We are happy that she does arrive when needed and helps with personal care that is needed and offers with some of the light household responsibilities. We would recommend this service and the care taker for other families.
