Out of all the agencies I called for my father, this was the most professional. From the first in-home visit, I knew Four Seasons would be the best for my father. It’s amazing to have this peace of mind when thinking about care for my father at his home.

[Removed] has been so good with my husband. She is an top of what needs to be done, She has helped him get better with his mobility and speech. [Removed] includes him in activities, she is wonderful to have and we do not want to lose her.

So fantastic perfectly satisfied.

I chose this agency because I was in a hurry to find care for my Father and they were available immediately. The caregiver I had was the same one every time. She was on time every day that she was scheduled and she took great care of my Father. She treated him like she would treat her own Grandfather. She seemed like she was well trained and kept everything picked up. The things that she was doing was fixing him lunch, feeding him, and giving him a shower. I would recommend this agency.

Always There Home Health Care Marco Island, Florida was a complete blessing to us at a very difficult time. I liked all of the caregivers that cared for my Mother. I only had issues with one of them but they were very responsive to criticism and made changes. There was one woman named [Removed] and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very accommodating and was willing to do a split shift. She was willing to do 4 hours in the morning and 4 in the evening. I loved that she seemed so well trained. All of the staff knew what they were doing. There was one woman though who wasn’t always on time, she didn’t know her own strength, her personality didn’t fit my mother’s, and she forgot to administer medications a few times. Once I was aware of these issues, I called the agency right away and they fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this agency!

They were great, very professional when mom was just out of the hospital. Unfortunately they must be recommended by the hosp, one can't hire them from the outside.

Unfortunately, my mother passed away a few weeks ago. While she was still alive, all of the caregivers from this facility were absolutely fantastic. They were so conscientious and honestly became a part of the family. They were very talkative and friendly with my mom as well as me. The staff members would also cook sometimes when I needed them to and they tried their hardest to try and get my mother to eat. I really liked that they would console her as well when she wasn’t feeling well. I cannot begin to tell you how outgoing they were. They were really good about getting her out of bed and bringing her to the back porch or getting her into the recliner. The staff was very interest in making sure she was very well cared for. I never had a problem with them keeping everything picked up and clean. The only concern that I had was that some of them were smokers and had to step outside and smoke quite often. Besides that, I would recommend this community.

We have been using two nurses for the past 4 years in caring for my wife who has Parkinson Disease. The two nurses work a combined total of 24-28 hours a week. We recently hired Allegiance Home Care to provide supplement additional support in caring for my wife. I have been very pleased with the dedication and professionalism given by the Allegiance Home Caretaker Leslie. She is very pleasant, kind, and attentive to my wife's needs. We can envision that our relationship with Allegiance Home Care will grow. In addition the Allegiance Home Care Coordinator Noelia has been excellent in coordinating our needs and providing the right person to handle the job. She has been there every time I have called concerning an adjustment in hours. I feel we have an excellent team approach with the nurses and Allegiance in meeting the care needs of my wife.

Your team (Christine & Noelia) have been amazing! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Nothing but rave reviews for your organization and your staff.

Words cannot express how much my family appreciated the care that ARIS provided my father. They provided excellent care to him while he was in home hospice. Their level of service and professionalism are unsurpassed. They provided support through their service during a very difficult time period. I highly recommend their services.

This was in home care using Allegiance Home Care for my elderly father. Used Allegiance services for 2 years until services were no longer needed. The care my father received was exceptional. Their caregivers are caring, compassionate, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Allegiance.
