It is very easy for the caregivers to understand our issues. They are willing to help. I would recommend Synergy because they have always been able to help me with anything that I’ve asked of them.

Griswold Home Care provided excellent service for my wife who was suffering from congestive heart failure, stroke, and the onset of dementia. The caretaker assigned had performed all of her duties in a professional manner. Griswold management was always available to discuss any concerns about the care and offered additional information about the condition of my wife which was helpful to me as her caregiver. Unfortunately my wife had to be admitted to the hospital for critical care. Griswold also helped me choose a skilled nursing facility and a mental care facility after she was discharged from the hospital. I recommend Griswold highly to anyone needing qualified professional caregiving services.

We were referred to Steadfast Caregivers by A Place For Mom. We contacted them and they responded immediately. On very short notice, they provided caring, pleasant and very competent caregivers and were responsive to several schedule changes. We worked with the owner and with his son and they were both extremely easy to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend Steadfast Caregivers to anyone needing homecare help.

The staff at Elite Senior Home Care is excellent and took great care of our mother. Also, the owner, [Removed], really made us feel that our mom was in good hands. She showed care and compassion for the tension we felt being so far away from mom. I highly recommend Elite Senior Home Care

My experience with Griswalk was exceptional. The person that they placed with me was extremely polite and was able to anticipate my next move when I needed assistance.

The best people ever !!!! I was so afraid when my dad needed round the clock people in his world. I phoned places but only Elite came out to meet dad, and that was the owners!!!! They are very concerned about their "family members" likes and dislikes. They worked with my schedule and the nurses that had the honor of taking my dad under their care were pretty much wonderful. If ever one couldn't or didn't show [Removed] came instead, sometimes staying over or at hospital with him. They treated me like family and I am forever grateful for all they did.

I took my dad out of a horrible nursing home and brought him home. I believe these wonderful ladies saved my dad’s life. They are very well trained and professional, clean and caring. They will come to dad’s home every day and usually work 8 hours and on the weekend it is 12 hours. They would cook and go grocery shopping if we needed them to. They are always on time they haven’t ever been late. They will do light housekeeping. If you want to keep your parents’ home as long as you can I would recommend this agency

I used this homecare agency for my Dad for one night. The caregiver was really nice and really on top of everything and the overall service was great. She seemed very experienced, professional, and willing to do whatever she could to help. The interaction I had with the agency itself was fine. Just from my limited experience, I would recommend them to others.

We have been using Right at Home's services, and I thing they have been doing really well. I appreciate that the process was quick and that we have been able to have the same staff member come to the house each time. The staff is really responsive, and they do a very good job caring for my loved one.

Overall, the care my Mother is receiving from this agency is good. If I could afford it, I would have one of the caregivers take care of me! I’ve been sent a total of 4 people so far. Two of the women I would never have back, one of them was okay, and the other one is just wonderful. Whenever she walks in, my mom just lights up. The two I didn’t care for didn’t seem well trained, didn’t write down the medications they gave to my mom, and didn’t seem physically able to move my Mother around. However, all four of them were always on time and kept all of their things picked up. I would recommend this agency to other families.

Home Instead has been an excellent source of support for our family. The care that has been provided for my father is reliable, consistent, and compassionate. They have regularly checked in and adapt as his needs have changed. We appreciate the open communication, flexibility, and everyone's positive approach.

Anytime I’m around my husband, he needs me to do things for him so it can be hard trying to get the housework and things like that done. I needed help in the house and with him, which is why I chose this agency. The caregiver they send us comes by to keep an eye on my husband while I do small chores around the house and she’ll come by twice a week for about 2 hours a day. When I need to go to the doctor, she’ll even come with me to help keep an eye on him. She helps clean the house, do the laundry, and even cook. My husband doesn’t need to be kept occupied so she doesn’t do any kind of activities with him, but rather just helps out where I need her to. What I’ve needed done, they’ve been able to do and we’re happy with the service.

2nd family has been of great assistance at this time when my wife is recovering from a fractured ankle (and using a walker) and I am recovering from a hasty case of shingles.

While looking for care service for my mother I found that Synergy Homecare had a very personable staff. [Removed], the manager, I personally liked because she’s is very down to earth and she comes in once in a while to check on the caretakers. She is right on top of things which are great. The caretakers themselves are wonderful too. They do whatever is needed that my mother needs help with such has making meals, they clean the generally area like mopping the floor, and they help bathing her. They do a good job. What I also appreciate is that [Removed] called me back while I was looking into various options. I was talking with other care services and I never really heard back from them. So I definitely recommend care from this company.

The caregivers are always prompt, do a great job of helping our Dad. Prepare food according to his needs and likes. They enjoy playing cards, Gin Rummy, and in most cases Dad has taught them how. If there is one bit of negatives it would be just the changes in whom comes. 2 days of the week , is harder to have the same caregiver. It was an adjustment, but our Dad is a social person and it's been great. The fact he's had a few different caregivers has worked out. The services are consistent, and that's the key.

I am very impressed with this service. When you start thinking about the possibility of needing assisted living or home help it's hard to know where to start. With one call, I was able to speak with someone who provided an enormous amount of information by giving them some parameters as to needs and available monthly income. In return, I was given a list of providers that offered a scale of services that would meet those needs. In addition, our information was passed along to the providers that allowed them to call with their options. On occasion, we would receive follow up calls to offer help toward making a decision. In our case, we eventually chose to use the home help option that allowed my friend to stay in her home. She has now received two visits from that service and is very pleased.
