We have used synergy home care for companion services for my mother and the help has been wonderful and very caring! I would highly recommend this service to any of my friends with great confidence. They are top of the line in their thoroughness and are superior in their professionalism in making the client feel very secure.

4 Seasons Home Care assisted me with the care of my mother for 8 months. They provided excellent care and companionship. Both my parents looked forward to the helpers that came on a regular basis. They became part of our family. I would not have been able to care for my mother without their help. They were truly amazing and we will never forget them. The office staff was very attentive to schedule changes and billing was streamlined. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted them about care for my parents. They answered all of my questions about private home care and expained all of the pricing and services. The have a great selection of caregivers and staff. Definitely 5 stars!!

Elite Senior Home Care was there when I needed care for my wife about 2 years ago. After being hospitalized for almost 3 months I needed care during the day for my wife. [name removed] and [name removed] did everything possible to find the right person to care for my wife. My wife was not very cooperative and gave some of the care givers a hard time. But after a few they were able to find someone that worked perfectly and ended up taking care of my wife for over a year. Elite Senior Home always came through and provided the necessary care. I would recommend them, a local small business that truly cares.

Touching Hearts has provided our family peace of mind. We know that everyday our dad is getting the care he needs and that our mom is receiving the support she deserves. My 91 year old mother, an upper east side resident, has started showing some signs of memory loss / Dementia and I wish we would have called these folks sooner. Balancing my busy schedule between work, the kids, and taking care of mom more than we used to really started to take a toll. The Caregivers seem to really want to be there helping her and this has allowed our visits to her to feel a lot more "back to normal". I hope things continue as well as they've started!

Touching Hearts at Home has the most compassionate, helpful people who really understand how to work with the elderly. We called after my 88 year old mother in law fell and broke her hip and needed more home care after rehabilitation than what insurance would cover. After that the question is, "Where do we go from here?" Fortunately we found them. This is a truly wonderful and caring organization.

Synergy homecare has been really flexible for us. They were able to give us just 2 hours a week for now. The caregiver will do what my grandma tells her to do in a timely manner. My grandma is hard to please - and synergy has done it!

Synergy homecare has made my life easier. The caregivers show they care by listening. The office staff will take care of anything I ask for . like changing the schedule.

Caregivers are so caring. Always aware of area of concern, always doing thing without asking. We don't know what we would do with out our caregiver. I appreciate everything they do they are always on time and in good spirit.

I love the calm and competent caregivers from Synergy. Together with nurse Tom, we were able to prevent a recent situation with my mother from spiraling out of control as it did last years before bringing in Synergy. I love the great support from my Synergy team.

My mom is a [Removed] sometimes but I Need Angles got know her and were always impressive – office and caring givers.

The caregivers show me that they care about my father by caring me when they have questions or concerns. They go beyond the basics to make sure he is happy and comfortable.

The caregiver obviously cares for my wife by the way some approach her. She is very attentive to her. Synergy is very responsive and the people are available.

I am very happy with this agency and my caregivers for my wife. They are always there and really know what they are doing. They make me feel great.
