We have been using Right at Home to care for my father for almost three years. I should have written this review a long time ago because I am so grateful for all they have done to assist my father. I live out-of-state and visit as often as I can since mom passed. We set up services with Right at Home when it happened since mom was dad’s primary caregiver. Their aides are with him 24 hours a day and I get great communication from RAH so I can know how he is doing. I visit as often as I can and ave gotten to know a few of the aides very well. They are kind of like family. He sure thinks so. I want to thank all of them. [Name removed]

Right at Home made the process of setting up home care easy. My mom was very anxious about having a stranger come into her home to help, but once she met her caregiver it was an instant match. The caregiver assigned had to take off for a family vacation and my mom loved her replacement. I can recommend this company. They go above and beyond to see that my mom has the best care. Right at Home Orlando has always sent someone who works well with my Aunt, she is in her 80’s and has really bad dementia. The ladies interact well with my Aunt and sometimes do more with her than some of our own family. They are always on time and keeps her active throughout the day. The caregivers wash her clothes, cook for her and even take her out to get her haircut. She loves when they visit and gets to go on some nice walks with them. Even though my Aunt can be rude and tough sometimes, the caregivers are really patient with her and its really important for us.

We were very pleased with our meeting with Senior Helpers - Leesburg and will use them in the future. Right now our Mother is North in PA with her son and other daughter and will be there until September when she comes back to The Villages and we will then connect with Senior Helpers.

The services help so that my loved one doesn't sit by himself for four or five hours. They can motivate him to do the things he needs to do. They take him for a walk outside, do a crossword puzzle, and be with him when he uses his walker.

I was so pleased with the care she received, the flexibility and consistency of the staffing, It helped so much in making the transition from independent living to the need for full assisted living and enabled me to just enjoy being with and not having to do the care taking tasks.

The caregivers were the same range and talked about things that were important to my mom. They had someone who was a little older that could relate to my mom and they would get her up and shower her. She would be happy the rest of the day.
