I have used Comfort Keepers to provide companionship for my mother, who has a form of dementia. Both women from Comfort Keepers have served my mother well, with competency and kindness. I received follow-up phone calls to find out how I felt about the caregivers, and I gave a glowing review of both. I absolutely recommend Comfort Keepers.

Our family needed care for our 93-year-old mother who had serious physical limitations as well as emotional and cognitive issues, and was quickly spiraling downward. Steadfast Caregivers carefully evaluated her condition, providing expert caregivers that dovetailed well with our mother's personality and needs. Compassionate, professional and well-trained, the aides quickly established a personal relationship with our mother, helping her feel comfortable and secure. And the agency's hands-on management provided great relief to our family during some difficult times, for which we are most grateful.

Even though I only needed this agency for a short time the services were outstanding. They did anything that I was in need of. The caregiver was friendly very professional and always on time. The caregivers were always willing to take mom shopping if she needed.

I'am very satisfied with the services my sister has been receiving from this home care agency. She is safe, and in good hand. The care givers they have sent over to help have been great. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. I'am very pleased with this home care agency, and I would recommend it.

The staff has been very helpful with helping me get someone to come into our home for care.The care taker is very helpful and willing to help with a lot of the household duties for my father.We like that the care take arrives on time and is respectful. This was a nice service. We liked that the service. They were able to send out a care taker as soon as we needed someone to come to our home. They were a good companion and they help with the some of the personal care that we required. We wanted the same care taker on a regular basis and not someone different each time we needed in home care. We would recommend this service to other families needing in home care for a loved one

My husband works at ASU and this community has been convenient with closeness to shea and Osborne hospital, the food stores, our banks and pharmacies. We have the golf course and walking paths be winds our apartment. We also have grill restaurants we can walks to. We also have ease to get on the 101, and closeness to the airport and I came to “I need an angel after driving by the office”. Treated with kindness and respect. I made an appointment to come back and meet with one of staff. We were so pleased with the staff and care givers. We used the agency until my mother-in-law required 24hr nursing care. My mother-in-law passed away 5.29.2017 at hospice.

We have had the most amazing care for our parents through Home Instead - Shelby Township. When we moved my husbands parents here 1 1/2 years ago we started with another service initially (for 2 months) which was slightly less expensive but when we switched to Home Instead the quality of the people they have sent us is beyond amazing. Their care for our situation is 4 hours per day, 7 days a week. These people go above and beyond at all times and are extremely trusted part of "village" of care for my in-laws. Their care givers are friends and feel like family to us all. THANK YOU!

Words can not express my gratitude towards this agency. They helped me find a way to take care of my dad and make him feel comfortable until his passing. In just a week 2 lovely ladies took their time and expressed their compassion with their knowledge and their attitude towards myself and my dad. Even the office staff had done a follow-up phone call to see if I was in need of any other scheduled visits and they were very understanding when I said that I think I could now handle my dads care thanks to them.

[Removed](spelled wrong?) our caregiver is very good. She is reliable and dependable. She anticipates my Mom's every need. I just now asked my Mom how would she rate her care and Mom said, "Definitely a five-star rating!" She plays cards with her and takes her shopping and to her scheduled appointments. She always provides good quality care. She helps out around the house sweeping, mopping and even sets the table. She represents herself and Elite Senior Home Care well by her clean appearance and positive attitude.

We have been very happy with the care that we have gotten from this service. The staff has been wonderful to help us with our needs. We like that we have gotten a care taker that is responsible and helpful for the care needed in a home. We like knowing that the care taker does arrive on time and is very professional and caring. We would recommend this service and care from this good in home care.

My mother's caregivers have done everything that I have asked them to, which is to care for my mother's health and provide home services for her. They talk to her and show interest in what she wants to talk about. They care and are ready to help with whatever services she needs.

I could not have been more pleased with the service that they provided us. The agency kept all the appointments never canceled on us but the best things were the person who came was constant. The agency never stated the staffing like other agencies tends to do. We felt very comfortable with letting them into our home they were kind and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The person my mom is working with is wonderful. She is very friendly and caring. She provides great companionship for my mother-in-law. She is a great conversationist and has a good rapport with her. She makes sure she completes her physical therapy and exercises with her. She represents herself and the company well by her clean appearance and positive attitude. She picks up and cleans the house. I get an extra pleasant surprise when I get home from work and the dishes are washed. She is a perfect fit for my family.

This is a nice service for care for my parents. The staff is attentive and caring. The care taker does try and help with the needs of my parents when informed on what their needs are. [Removed] are absolutely amazing. I was in desperate need of assistance for my grandmother and not only did they come for an assessment just about immediately; they had someone there for me the next day. And the gentleman they sent was simply amazing! I like to think that the universe placed us together! If I could give 10 stars I would!
