[Removed] provided excellent care for my wife during several month of difficult times when my wife was coping with Dementia.

I have no complaints the care my mother has been receiving from this company. The caregivers are wonderful people to work with and very professional with how then handle business. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a home health care company.

Home Instead has been a great program helping our Mom to stay in her apartment. She likes her helper very much and is very appreciative of her help. The business end of the company is efficient. Invoices are timely and accurate.

So far everything is working out well for me since I started to receive home care from this agency. I enjoy my care giver, she is very well qualified. She is very helpful, and delightful to be around. I happy with all they have done for me. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

We have been happy with the nice staff that were able to help with getting us someone to come to our home for the care of my mom. We are happy that she does arrive on time and is wonderful with everything that is required to help me mom. She is doing personal care and some light housework that is really helping. We would recommend this service and the care take for the outstanding help that is receivied to other families.

[Removed] is at my mother's house right now and Mom just called to tell me how wonderful [Removed] is. She is gushing with joy and definitely wants to see her again! I'm absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much for making an excellent match right out of the gate.

I am happy with this service for in home care for my mom. The staff were very helpful and caring about getting someone for the care in the home for the needs of my mom.We have been happy with the caretaker that is always on time and very friendly. We have been pleased that she is willing to help with personal needs and is always helping with some of the household responsibilities for mom's care. She is very nice and it a good companion to my mom as well.We would recommend this service and the caretakers to other families from this good service.

Everyone at Home Instead was wonderful! Starting with our first visit with [Removed], who was so helpful and caring. The two caregivers we had were so wonderful too! They really helped us out and were so caring also. We will definitely call them again in the future for our mom is she stays with us again.

I am one of four adult children who experienced a significant decline in the health of our mother last year. She is 83 years old and in early to moderate stages of dementia. She fell and broke her hip. She had many complications including 3 surgeries and a stay in the nursing home where she declined mentally and physically to the point where we felt that we may lose her by Christmas. The solution to all of us seemed obvious! She needed to come home but the complications of doing so were many! I live out of state and my siblings work. Our step father could not care for her by himself. The solution we chose? I read reviews and the mission statement for Comfort keepers in Sumter, S.C. and was impressed and hopeful so I called them. I explained the special needs for my Mom including the standing/walking limitations, weight loss, and the complications associated with her dementia. Then I described the type of caregiver that we would need. Comfort Keepers came to Mom's home, listened to our concerns about Mom's needs and then she addressed each one with compassion and professionalism, which as a nurse, I can greatly appreciate. The attention that they gave our family in this process was exceptional. The effort that they gave to meeting the needs of my mom and the desires of the family were equally excellent. The caregiver that they matched to my Mom was priceless! She knows how to work with persons who have dementia, and has earned not only my Mom's trust, friendship and love but ours as well. Mom's condition has greatly improved! She went from a very grave condition to one of much improved health mentally and physically. I give thanks to God first and then to having found Comfort Keepers and the Caregiver that we now have for Mom. I highly recommend them.

I am happy with this service. We like the staff who were able to get us the help that we were needed. We have been happy with the caretaker that is very nice and helpful in many ways with what is needed for in home care. We like that she is on time and helps with personal care. We would recommend this service to other families and the caretaker who we will use for the care needed.

The services from 24 Hr HomeCare has been wonderful. Every person they have sent has been good with my mom. She likes every person that has come to the house to help her. [Removed] is making sure she is keeping in touch to check on us with the services. I would recommend this agency to my friends or family. We interviewed with them and loved all that we heard and started services with them.

We were happy with this service. The staff were able to help us find someone to come into our home for my husbands care. We liked the care taker, but they had a hard time staying awake. There was a small issue and we did not need the service at the time. We would recommend this service, but would recommend that other families find out if there would be a language barrier from the care taker. Over all this is a nice service that is available to help find someone to come in into a residence

This is a great home care service! The caregiver arrives on time and is sure to give my grandfather great care! The home service was also very accommodating with giving us a male caregiver in particular. We are very pleased!

They called me almost right away which I appreciated. The owner met with me to figure out what Mom needed and what my thoughts were. He then met Mom and we came up with a plan. So far it is working well.

Actually I really can't review as it's my sister who is using the service. But from what she has told me , she is very happy with the care our Mom is getting. Thank You

Elite Home Care is the best. The CNAs that took care of my Dad did so with the upmost respect and love and patience. We could always reach Elite at any hour and they promptly and consistently provided the care we needed for Dad. Elite is a very reliable company and we are grateful to have found them. I have no complaints about the care that my loved one had received from this home health company. They where excellent with the quality of care they provided her and made sure she remained comfortable. They where on time to appointments and made sure to keep in good communication with the family. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested.

Initial phone call was excellent. We are meeting next week for a full assessment and to meet in person to discuss the details. Hoping this company is as good as they sound so far.

I feel fortunate to have discovered Honor Care for my 92 year old mom. They are an innovative, contemporary caregiving agency.
