I like the people they have provided because they have been good. They are reliable and have always made to sure to provide a caregiver. They do a nice job of taking care of her and getting her dressed in the morning. The caregivers keep her engaged by talking to her. It is hard to say because they are not all the same. [name removed] and [name removed] are great.[name removed] can be difficult in the morning when it is time to get ready. [name removed] is good about getting her up and together even if she is grumpy. They are available when I reach out for any assistance.[name removed] and [name removed] do a great job at taking care of my wife. My wife enjoys their company. Synergy found me new people real quickly and they are responsive when adjustments are needed.

They are very responsive to our requests for changes in care. The aides do whatever tasks that are asked of them. They do whatever services are asked of them and there is never a question of completing whatever we ask them to do. They respond to all my questions immediately

I selected them because we felt they would be consistent. I like SYNERGY because they are very responsive and they are responsive to requests. The provider has helped the most with having someone on call to be there. The caregiver has the ability to treat the client with respect so she feels valued. The office staff are quick to get back to you and work with you if something needs to be addressed. I need a caregiver who is able to pay attention to specific directions.

The caregivers are good because they go out of the way to make my mother feel comfortable. My mother is able to be taken care of more such as having someone give her a bath. They help with giving her a bath once a week. If there is a problem with the caregiver, they call me in advance to let me if she is able to come or not. They help with setting up food for her and help with taking her on walks.

The caregivers have helped the most by making my dad safe. The caregivers help my dad with showers, washing his hair, and exercises. I like that the office staff always gets back to me and tell me if a shift is covered or if it isn't, that they're still looking for someone to cover it. My dad appreciates that the caregiver has patience with him. The caregiver is understanding that my dad is 94 and doesn't always know an answer. They could get more help in their company so that I know that my dad is always covered, and they will always be able to find someone to cover when I won't be here.

Care Advantage has been very easy to work with. They have been very welcoming and accommodating to our parents. They have helped our parents achieve their care goals by allowing them to stay at home and age in place. We would absolutely recommend this home care service to other families.

The caretakers at Senior Care Safe at Home have been very helpful. They are always available when you need them and super easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The experience was extremely good. The staff are good to work with. I feel it is very expensive, and we didn't have anyone else to compare them too. However, it is the top of the range. The owner seems to be making a large profit and doesn't pay the caregivers very much in my opinion and guess. The caregivers were very willing to assist our loved one and family whenever and whatever we needed. They are very well trained. Westchester Family Care sent out a nurse out initially to assess our loved one and what they will need to provide for our loved one. There is a minimum number of hours that the company requires each week for each family.

Originally hesitant to get care for my mom as I live out of state, especially with some early experiences, but the model Senior Key Care has created of having care coordinators review and organize their care givers has been a blessing. We tried a different agency for a while, but were met with unexpected call offs and no one to cover, leaving my mom all alone. That hasn't happened with Senior Key Care, we are 6 months in and I can call [name removed] the owner anytime to see what is going on. Would recommend to anyone looking for care.

I worked with Home Matters after my Mother's release from the Hospital. Our assigned Aide [name removed] was fantastic with my mother and met our every need. I would highly recommend [name removed] to take care of any Family member. Home Matters was very easy to work with and responsive to all my needs.

Senior Helpers is very professional. Their mindset is very good regarding ethnicity and diversity. They take the time to make sure there's a comfortable match for their seniors. I feel comfortable with them to coming into my home, they visit about 4 days a week. We instantaneously connected with a caregiver and did not have to go through multiple people to find one we liked. They offer transportation to appointments and stores; they take care of everything from the time they enter, to when they leave & we take back over. I would recommend their service to others.

My husband gets along very well with the caregiver that we have and he loves her, they play games, walk the dogs, etc. I would tell others that it definitely takes about 2 weeks to get used to a stranger being in your house, but after the second week I really felt that sense of freedom and I do not have to worry because I know he is well taken care of. It has taken a lot of stress off of me and has bettered my own health. I am amazed at just how much she really does for us.

Care Advantage is a reputable company. They were able to provide a service for my mom and they came in at least 3 days a week. They have a revolving schedule with their caregivers, but there were two we connected with the most. I felt comfortable with them coming into my home, and the office staff were fine as well.

We have had a great experience with Right At Home Eastern Long Island. They are flexible with scheduling and really listen toy our concerns and react to them quickly. That is all you could want from a home care company. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

We have had a very good experience with Assisting Hands so far. Recently I did an extended weekend away and they were very good about accomdaioting the schedule and were flexible. It was only 2 caregivers as opposed to having a significant number of people coming in and out that he did not know. It was less stressful and very reassuring. It gave me peace of mind while being out of town. I would recommend their services to others looking for home care.
