the caregiver that we have is awesome! we use Preferred Care At Home services 3 days a week and there is no minimum that I'm aware of. the office staff are very nice, I'd give them a 5/5. I feel comfortable with them coming into my home. it did take a few different caregivers for us to find someone we really connected with, but I would still recommend this agency to others.

Seniors Helping Seniors have been a great to work with. They have been able to provide some companionship for my loved one one. They always send the same person so my loved one knows who to expect. The office staff have been wonderful to work with when scheduling. They work with us as well if we have to cancel one of our standing appointments.

Homewatch Caregivers of Keller have been wonderful to work with. They are there all the time when you need them. Staff are very responsive and answer any questions we have had in timely. We would definitely recommend their services.

Elder Home Care was very attentive towards our family member. I would recommend them to others for their loved ones. The caregivers were able to assist with light meal planning, housekeeping, and companionship of my loved one. They were very accommodating. They even did some singalongs. There were two caregivers and one of them was bilingual and this helped my loved one out tremendously.

I would recommend Senior Helpers to others for their loved ones. They are always doing follow up with the family to see how things are going and if there is anything additional they can assist with. Senior Helpers is able to assist my loved one with light cooking, meal prep, bathing, companionship, and light housekeeping. The caregiver shows up on time, and is patient with my loved one.

We have been happy with Comforcare with providing caregivers for my mother in the last 9 years. Just like most agencies, quality caregivers are hard to find who are compassionate and respectful of those they care for. In addition to the caregivers, the company overall including the administration, office staff, and nursing coordinators assist with issues with either phone conversations or face to face meetings in order to resolve any issues/concerns. The staff are diligent with working with the families in order to provide the best fit for your loved one. I would strongly recommend at least talking to Comforcare when deciding care for your loved one.

We've had three different caregivers, and they have all been good. They are attentive and willing to do anything necessary around the house that includes taking care of the patient/client. They're all very personable, and they enjoy working for the company. So far billing has been really easy.
