[name removed] did a phenomenal job taking care of my Mom, who has a long-term care insurance policy. They walked her through the whole process of filing her claim and helped her get the money she was entitled to. Her caregiver was AWESOME. I can't thank these guys enough.

If you want a reliable service, even with the owner filling in if needed, Hope of Solace is the agency for you. They require a minimum of 20 hours a week. They provided bathing and light meal prep for us. We varied from 15 hours a day to 4 hours a day over the course of a couple months time. The caregivers where caring, thoughtful people. Billing was automatic and setup auto draft from our account.

I am very happy with Senior Helpers. The first caregiver was not a good fit; however, they sent Nellie and she is very helpful. She has been good at helping my loved one, and the family. I will be using Nellie a lot for assistance for my loved one. She is taking care of medication management, changing of linens, feeding of meals, and more. She goes and does what needs to be done. This has been a blessing to us. Nellie is very calming and nice to work with. The office staff is nice and the nurse came out to do a review. They are very efficient.

Senior Helpers is an excellent company if you are looking for a caregiver. They provide exceptional caregivers who go through a rigorous training program. They have many resources and kind staff who are always available to help. I've would recommend coming to this company if you need help caring for a loved one. The senior gems program gives caregivers a methodical approach to dementia related care.

My caregivers are always very punctual which is great and she is super helpful. She has been great with scheduling and is on time. I would recommend Senior Helpers to others looking.

The staff were great and friendly. I would highly recommend Preferred Care at Home to others for their loved ones. The caregivers were very caring and loving towards our loved one and family. The caregivers were always willing to work with the family on the care of our loved one. If money was an issue, they were willing to change the schedule and work with us on the cost. They were willing to schedule a caregiver when it would fit our schedule the best.

In the beginning it was a little difficult, it was hard for them to secure someone that would be able to come to our loved ones place, the location was not ideal. However they stayed in constant communication with us and were upfront about the struggles they were having. We now have someone permanent and we are very appreciative and of their helpfulness.

Calvary Senior Care was a great home care service for us, we had absolutely no complaints. Anytime we had questions or concerns the management team was always responsive.

Make sure you ask all the questions you need to ask. They're very open to answering all your questions. And they're very easy to work with. The owner was very good with our family.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Oxford Home Care service, the value for the money was very good. The CNA's [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond all of our expectations. We did not think they would really do any hands on activities or assistance and they were just so attentive and caring to ours father, they really went above and beyond. They always met our needs and kept up great communication.

Home Helpers of Southwest Wisconsin are very professional, friendly and timely. they always make sure to check in and follow up. I cant think of any areas of improvement.

They are great. They are very flexible and helpful and seem to care.

We are so fortunate to find Right at Home to care for my mom. They have done an amazing job right from the start. My mom just loves almost every one of her caregivers. It’s just so great to see her get the help she needs.

They were very good - utterly terrific. The only problem was we couldn't afford them long term. I wish we could fix the U.S. healthcare system so we wouldn't have to pay so much for health care in general. Of course that's no fault of Perfect Gentle Hands. They were terrific on all counts.

I liked that SYNERGY had a communication that was very good between the office and us. The services made a huge impact. The agency made it a positive experience because I was in such a nightmare situation in an assisted living. My dad was being neglected and abused. I was in a bad spot. We got in touch with [name removed], he escalated everything, and I was able to bring him home. It was pretty dire. The caregivers gave him dignity. I liked that the office staff was always friendly, calm, and never made it my problem. They always took ownership of whatever what was happening. Not every place was like that. They got along because they were kind people and saw everything going on and the hardship. They just wanted to do whatever they could to help us.

I like that the quality of the caregivers and the office people. The help with things like that they do what they need to do to take care. They help with her personal hygiene. They help with cooking and cleaning. They are very friendly helpful and they follow through. The caregiver that comes knows what she needs. Theresa is beyond outstanding and extremely good. Martha on the weekends has been very good also. They know what she needs and well trained. They are very helpful.

It gives me peace of mind knowing someone is with my father. The caregivers are caring and professional
