Have been using Home Care Assistance for my dad since the end of April. He wanted to remain in his home but needed extra care. [name removed] and his team have been great and have found caregivers that work well with my dad. They have kept me informed of any changes and open shifts that they need to fill. My dad has been happy to be able to stay in his home and have help with every day chores and I’ve had peace of mind knowing there is someone with him. Would highway recommend using their services.

This organization is amazing and their management team is so responsive even on the weekends its crazy. I wish I would have had them for my grandmother but as it sits they have helped my uncle out like no one else before. He is a Veteran and never had any benefits. Thrive sent us their benefit liaison and he was able to not only apply for benefits we didn't even know but he got us in contact with a social worker at the VA that is now helping us get even more benefits. Passion has been great ,I didn’t know about them until a friend told me, once I started my application process which was easy everything just fell into place without them I don’t know where me and mom would be ,it’s been great being able to take care if my mother myself

We received an excellent caregiver ([name removed] ) from Elder Home Care - they were on time each morning plus weekends and performed the daily living services that we needed...including toileting, changing linens, preparing my Dad with his daily meals. Thank you Elder Home Care

It was a good experience. Every so often they had some scheduling issues, but for the most part they were really good and easy to work with. And the people who came out were awesome.

We used Right at Home for my dad when he came home from the hospital. Caregivers came mostly at night so my mom could get some rest. My dad was so pleased he hired them to come a couple days a week also so my mom could get out of the house a bit. Kind, considerate, very professional. The scheduler worked so hard to meet our ever changing needs and you could hear her smiling over the phone. Super kind and helpful. Great experience all the way around.

I think they're great. We've been really lucky with the person they were able to set us up with. They provide excellent care, within our budget. A lot of other companies we looked at seemed to have a minimum number of hours per day/week and were therefore less affordable. So I really appreciate HomeWell's flexibility.

Great experience. After trying all others in the area I must say Home Instead out of Frankfort was the best experience. Better training and much more reliable. Treated us like they cared. From office staff to the Director all wonderful.

My long term care insurance sent me a list of 3 agencies to choose for my care in [date removed]. I am very grateful that I called Healing Hands that day. I spoke to [name removed], one of the nurses. He was very considerate and asked me to clarify more about my personalized homecare needs. He guided me and my son through every detail about the long-term care claim process with my insurance... We started the service with them in December and we have been together with them since then. They have been very helpful and they go over and beyond to provide us the best possible services. All the aids that we got from them are very professional, gentle and loving which made my care very confortable. I feel that the homematters provides good caregivers and amazing service. The caregivers are very efficient and caring and go above an beyond meet my needs. They make excellent meals and help clean and tidy up my house.
