Our experience looking into their services was excellent. I thought they had a nice facility/ offices. Their services were a bit pricey but seemed very good.

I contacted this company months before I finally had my surgery so I had them ready to help me during my recovery and [name removed] was regularly in contact with me and my best friend for months before the surgery finally happened. I got really sick and was admitted to the hospital so the surgery was cancelled and rescheduled two times before needing someone here to help me for a few days. She called to check on me and stopped by a couple of times to. Very attentive and caring. The caregivers I had were excellent and I couldnt of asked for nicer girls to help me when I needed them. [name removed] & [name removed] did a fantastic job! I have your number saved in my phone and will definitely call when I need you again.

Upon communicating with the staff,workers, I've never felt so appreciated and valued. It's been a blessing to know the office staff,You're treated as a person not a pay day.I highly recommend this company wholeheartedly.

It was a long hard road to find a great caregiver. We tried private caregivers and that didn’t work. The caregivers would come one day and then the next day they wouldn’t show up. I was taking off work to help out my mother when they didn’t show up. I almost lost my job until I hired Golden Year’s. They saved my job and my life. We’re so glad to have their caregivers assisting with the care of my mom.

Not to long ago, a friend recommended Golden Years to us. When I called I spoke with [name removed]. From the first question to the last, all of my questions were answered in a knowledgeable and informative way. We started care having a caregiver three days a week four hours a day. Since then, mom’s care has increased. Although more care is required now, all the caregivers who come are well trained and eager to assist. We are very pleased with their service.

My mom was discharged from the hospital two weeks ago. Upon discharge we were told mom would need home care. The case worker recommended Golden Year’s. We called them and set up care services. Everything has gone real good. The office staff are caring and my mom’s caregiver has done more than I expected. This has been a wonderful experience!

I work with seniors daily who often need home care. There are a lot of companies I could refer to, but the only one I trust is Golden Year’s. They always do what’s best their clients, and never compromise. I always get good feedback from the families, sharing their appreciation for my referral.

For several months we were searching for a new home care company to replace the one we were using. We had bad experience. After doing our research, Golden Year’s passed our vetting process. They’ve been, hands down, the best home agency we’ve ever worked with!

This program has been a lifesaver in the sense that I am able to provide for my lively hood and my home without having to worry about my loved ones and there state of well being this is a helpful service

I have used several home care agencies for my parents,but my experience with accuaid care was the best. I really appreciate effort put in by office staff to find dedicated caregivers. I would highly recommend!

Home matters was there for my mom when she didn't think she needed it. [name removed] was her caregiver and although my mother thought she was okay not needing help [name removed] was there the day and time she needed it most and I am very thankful for that. I live out of State so it meant a lot knowing there was a team of people here that I could call or have call me if there were any issues I otherwise wouldn't know about. Very pleased that my mom had someone here with her to help. Thank you, [name removed]and [name removed], for a job so wonderfully done.

We looked at so many options, the had a high rating. They are very good with follow-up on my questions. It helps to have a CNA here for us. They are wonderful companions to my loved one. They prepare the client food, and take the client to appointments. They are timely in responding to things. He is a good listener, very kind, and very patient. He has a good sense of humor and he carefully watches and monitors my loved one.

I like the communication and the care of the aides.

2nd Family is a very good company to support your in-home care needs. They provided caregivers for my elderly father up until his passing. Their caregivers are all very good. But I particularly want to recognize [name removed] who was my father's main caregiver. He gave such wonderful care to my father - and to us as well. He stood by us until the end. [name removed] was also very good. She supported us through one difficult night, above and beyond the call of duty. 2nd Family is very well managed, reasonably priced, reliable and I highly recommend them

I was mandated by my doctor to have someone come and check on me a few times a week due to some health problems i have recently had. My daughter found this company and they have been really flexible in times. I am independant and dont need a lot of help so having someone come and check on me for a few hours a few times a week has let me still have my freedom and makes my doctor happy. Ive had a couple of caregivers that come and over these months Ive got to know them pretty good. Shauna checks on me and has taken me to a lot of my doctor appointments to help my daughter where she cant be the one to take me. Its been a good experience and the manager keeps in regular contact with my daughter which is really important to her.

Our family decided it was time to start looking for home care for my grandmother. We called Golden Year’s and spoke with [name removed]. We asked a bunch of questions, by her reply, we could tell she was very knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable. After searching quite a while for the right agency, we decided Golden Year’s was the right choice.

Golden Year’s care services are excellent! We hired this company six months ago to take care of our mom and dad. All the caregivers are great, and the when I call the office for a schedule change, the staff makes it happen without any issues.

I speak for our whole family, we’re very happy with our caregivers. We’ve watched all of them interact with our parents, and each time they’ve always gone above and beyond to provide great care. In the Covid era, caregivers seem to be hard to come by. The care my parents are receiving is wonderful. Very happy with this company!

I live in Virginia while my relative stayed at his home in Massachusetts. Purple Nurses treated [name removed] like he was family. They totally exceeded my expectations. I felt at ease being so far away while they cared for Bob. It was not easy , they managed his feeding tube , his Parkinsons, and his eventual hospice. They took him to the ER and stayed with him for many an hour. I cannot say enough for [name removed] and her team of devoted, caring, nurses. Thank You

Right at Home Orlando is the best home care provider we have ever used. Their caring attitude and level of concern for my needs were great, they provided comfort and reassurance and the caregiver always had a calm attitude. They are always providing consistent care for me and respond to every one of my needs. Their office is prompt and attentive and we recommend Right at Home to everyone we know who needs senior care!.
