CareWorks has provided caregivers for my dad with dementia for 3 years. They are very responsive to finding another caregiver when one is not a good fit or when one quits unexpectedly. They work hard to find quality trustworthy caregivers. I have recommended them to numerous friends and will continue to do so. They really do care and it shows!

We contacted Acti-Kare Wytheville with a short notice request. We knew it was a 50/50 chance of any company to be able to staff with such short notice. Acti-Kare was able to meet our needs, the staff did an excellent job and not only met our expectations but exceeded them!

We have been working with Home Instead for the past few months since my grandmother had surgery. Because of these wonderful people she is able to be in her own home while she recovers. Everyone from the 1st phone call has been warm, professional and a pleasure to work with. Her caregiver is always punctual, engaging and a great communicator. I’ve been using Mckenney Home Care for a while now and our experience has been beyond our expectations. If something comes up and I need a care giver they do their very best to get one here. They haven’t sent not one caregiver we have been not liked. I highly recommend McKinney Home Care!

This is not a facility. We had home care. My husband and I can not say enough good things about [name removed]. I had to travel out of state and my husband needs care, [name removed] treated us both with ultimate respect and he was very happy and grateful for her care while I was gone. This agency is very easy to work with and I’m so grateful that I can now leave him and know his needs are met. FYI, anytime hire care, it’s very helpful to make a summary with your loved ones normal routine and meal options. It makes caregivers aware and there are no surprises for loved ones. Amada was so wonderful to work with. The office girls were just the sweetest and very knowledgeable. I met the owner, [name removed], in person and she was very gracious and attentive to my family's needs. We ended up working with 2 caregivers because we needed longer morning and night shifts, and both were highly professional and very kind. I would recommend Amada Santa Rosa so anyone of my friends or family.

[name removed]has been my caregiver for almost a year now off and on. She has been an incredible help to me in all aspects of my care. She listens, takes direction to my needs with the utmost respect and care. She is extremely reliable and very helpful in my day-to-day challenges. She always comes to work with a smile and positive energy. When I think of Second Family, she really has become my second family. 2nd Family was suggested to me by another care agency located in Baltimore. I called the 1st week of January to request help with my husband. He had spent 6 weeks in Sinai Hospital + 1 month in rehab. He remained quite deconditioned + preferred to care for him at home. After my 1st conversation with 2nd Family, their wheels started turning. Forms were sent for me to fill out, an RN was sent to our home to assess our needs and help for us was arranged within a week. I was impressed with the kindness + warmth I received over the phone but also with professionalism + efficiency. All of our caregivers have been attentive + motivated to help. We now have a consistent caregiver who we love. I know my husband is well taken care of when I leave the house.

The care given to my husband has been wonderful. The care giver has been on time, compassionate, experienced and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing home care or care in a facility.

The home care was helpful, efficient, friendly and interacted well, expecially [name removed] who worked well with me as far as accountability. We did my Parkinsons homework, plus did a puzzle and played Scrabble. It made everything more fun.... She helped me set us my schedule and reminders.......

They come and help with her physically and emotionally to make sure that she is okay. They provide rides to the appointments.

TLC did an outstanding job with my client that had dementia. They were compassionate and very patient in handling the difficult situations that dementia can cause. Every member of their staff is well trained and qualified to handle even the most difficult of patients. Highly recommend to anyone who has a loved one needing in home care.

Hired AlbertaCare in August 2022. I absolutely love this company. They have been so accommodating. My caregiver is compassionate, professional and trustworthy. The previous companies would steal from us and I didn't have consistent staff. AlbertaCare has exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them if you are looking for care for yourself or your loved one.

CSC provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond to serve their clients. I am very satisfied with the services and work California Seniors Care does to keep seniors living longer and independently in their homes. It’s a tough job but they are there 24/7 to offer it. Whether it’s 24/7 care required straight from the hospital or a knee replacement rehab , or just an extra set of eyes on a loved one because they are starting to decline. CSC provides it. Definitely recommend them.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Nurses and Nurse Aides were top notch. App made it easy to use - changing schedule was a breeze. Nurse Aides always showed up on time and did a great job.

[name removed] was a delight to have! She did everything I asked and was super efficient at it. [name removed] cooked breakfast for me, organized many things, and helped me get rid of a lot of stuff from my home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for care.
