I have watched this business since she prepared to open. [name removed] was so thorough in being careful with her caregivers. I feel very confident for her caregivers to care for my loved ones. She cares for health and well-being of her clients. She will even take them to their church service if they want to go. She monitors to be sure her caretakers are doing a great job. Never hesitates to jump in and help.

I recently used the services of Seniors Helping Seniors. It was the first time my wife and I have ever needed comfort care. We give this organization an A+ for their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work! When their workers showed up to our house, they were helpful, very respectful and caring. We thought they would just attend to the needs of my wife, but they asked who they could do chores around the house to help reduce my workload. They did prepared meals, the laundry, wash dishes, vacuum our floors and even watered our plants. And because my work schedule did not allow me to see them, they often left notes regarding how the day went, to include if I needed to provide any items to help them do their job, such as additional food items or cleaning supplies. If you are in need of someone to watch your love one, skip the rest, they’re the BEST!

We recently had a need for respite care for my husband for a few days while I was away. It was basically for companionship, help with meal prep, medication reminders and transport to PT appt. The process was easy—after meeting the caregiver, we set up a schedule and rough outline of his daily requirements. It was a pleasant experience throughout and we would definitely use this service again. The caregiver was always on time, very courteous, a great conversationalist, and always concerned with my husbands well-being.

acuaid home care has been such a relief and help with my husband I was unable to take care of him at home, and even in a memory care facility, he required extra care. They have kept him company, attended to his needs, provided transportation for his doctor’s appointments and basically whatever is asked of them. I recommend them.

I contacted Saint Anthony's to get emergency care for my farther-in- law. My farther-in- law is bedbound, and I needed 24 -7 care for him immediately. The experience was great. I called and spoke to the Administrator, very personal service. She went over all of my options and actually showed a great concern for my situation. Further, she came out and got us all set-up immediately. Following her visit, we were given such great care from the whole staff, including caregivers and nurse etc. A nurse was sent out on the first day, free of charge to examine my farther-in- law and it made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend you use this Agency; they are very detailed and on the spot with their care services. They were a very big help for me in my time of need.

I am referring here to geriatric care management, not a particular facility. SeniorBridge managed my brother's situation in an assisted living location in another state for a few years. Superb care: understanding and competent.

My mom is a current client of Aura. She was adement that she really does not need any Private+home, in-home senior care. She is neither disabled nor suffers from Alzheimer’s or any type of dementia. But Aura is a different kind of eldercare resource, even without any hospital discharge or long term need for elder care. Of all of Aura’s caregivers, who are all trained to support seniors and implement any individualized plan for the elderly, my Mother loves her particular caregiver, [name removed] Weekly, [name removed] brings a different type of “assisted living;” they go together to the shops, the pharmacy, the vet. Wherever mom feels like she needs to go. There may come a day when mom may need to be hospitalized, but I know Aura will continue to ensure Quality of care; and upon discharge, I know [name removed] will be there to drive my mom home with us.

For the past six years, I have had to use care giving agencies to stay with my mother when I had to leave the house or just needed extra help with my mother. By far, I found Accuaidcare as 100% reliable and staffed by wonderful people. They are the only service that I would recommend. [name removed] was awesome at making sure I had help when I needed it.

My mother and father are aging and I worry about their quality of life in the long term; each year they slowly become more disabled, remaining in-home more often, and perhaps in need of some type of assisted living with trained support, especially in case of Alzheimer’s or dementia onset. Mom and Dad do not yet need comprehensive senior care, but Aura is a tremendous eldercare resource – for seniors, caregivers, and family members. When my dad had a stroke two years ago, he was still hospitalized when Aura stepped in with an individualized plan for the elderly and designed it to fit my father’s specific elder care need. A hospital discharge is not always easy, especially if we do not have a “plan” for a parent waiting. But Aura was there for me and my dad and were standing by – literally – upon his discharge to ensure his safe transportation and transition. I would recommend Aura, whether your loved one needs hospital care, assisted living care, or wants to remain in their own Private
