[name removed] has been my husbands care giver since May of this year. He is extremely satisfied with how she interacts with his daily needs. Alway trying to assist in small household choirs, plus giving her attention to my husband. She has been a god sent and we have been very fortunate in having her here to help my husbands progress.

During the recuperation of my first knee replacement surgery I was cared for by a lovely young woman named [name removed]. [name removed] was pleasant and willingly performed caring help for what you would regularly.expect as well as more personal assistance. when she was unsure of how to complete a task, she promptly asked direction . [name removed] also was alert to observe and offer her help in completing that which was not requests of her. On a personal note note I I enjoy [name removed]. She is motivated, intelligent and is studying for an RN in nursing degree.

Regarding the care of our mother, we appreciate your kindness and attention. We were aware that she would find it difficult to settle in Houston. The CareWorks-provided caregiver is a perfect match. She has been very understanding with mother and has given her much-needed company. I'm grateful.

THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT AND VIGILANT WITH THEIR CLIENTS" NEEDS AND ALSO ACCOMODATE STAFF CONCERNS AND GRIEVANCES. BREACH OF PROTOCOLS AND DUTIES ARE NOT LIGHTLY TAKEN AND THEIR INVESTIGATIONS ARE VERY THOROUGH AND FAIR TO BOTH CLIENT AND STAFF. THE HOSTS OF SENIOR NURSING AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF AVAILABLE TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS AND STAFF CONCERNS IS WORTHY OF EMULATION. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS CARE SERVICE.

Working with [name removed] and her staff has been great. The communication has been really good and they do a great job of working with our schedule. It’s been helpful to have people visiting my aunt regularly to help with daily chores and helping with medical visits.

We were very happy with the care we got for my Mom from Algum Home Care. The ladies were all very sweet, caring, prompt, and very good at communicating any issue that happened with my Mom. It was a very stressful time and they helped us through it!

Friends and Family was there for my grandmother when we were no longer able to care for her. Their staff is extremely gentle kind and, caring we could of asked for a more better service for my grandmother's care after surgery, the 24 hour care they provided was incomparable to anyone else Thank you friends and family team!

Home Instead Bethlehem has been a godsend for our family. After our mother was diagnosed with progressive dementia, we needed help to keep her in her home as long as possible, in line with her wishes. The skilled and compassionate ladies that cared for her (when we couldn’t) went above and beyond the expectation and have been a true blessing for us and especially for her. They became an extension of our family, and for that we will always be grateful.

When someone you love suddenly goes down hill, you don’t know where to turn. [name removed] from Sage was recommended to us. What a find. She told us what to expect and what she could provide. We had a hospital bed within the day delivered to our house. The next day her worker showed up and cared wonderfully for my dad. And if there was nothing to do at the moment, the worker cleaned the house. Really helped during that stressful time. Totally recommend Sage.

[name removed] responded with very short notice on two different occasions when we needed help with our parents. On one occasion my mom got driven to a doctors appointment and got help with some other tasks around the house. The second time we called, [name removed] responded quickly and was able to match my father with a wonderful caregiver who came twice a week. Both times, the caregivers were pleasant and attentive.[name removed] also set up a new AI app in my parents appartment which senses unusual activity. It detected a fall in the middle of the night, and [name removed] got help to my father immediately. I would recommend Senior Helpers!

The community liaison/ business development manager at Home Matters is excellent! I’ve reached out to her a few times in a crunch and she ALWAYS comes through. She is caring, compassionate, and communicates extensively with me as well as the families I refer! She is top notch and I highly recommend her and her team.

Actikare administrator and owner [name removed] and [name removed] got my mom immediate care. [Name removed] did a really good job in placing a caregiver that connected with my mom. Lynn is my mother's caregiver and she does a really excellent job. My mother and I was invited to a cookout over the owners house one weekend that was really nice of [name removed] to throw that together. I would say to anyone who is looking for In-Home Care stop looking because Actikare Wytheville have a really nice staff that will take care of your loved ones. My 85 yo father wanted to live independently in the town he's lived for 35+years, to be close to neighbors and friends. He's relatively healthy, but 2 surgeries have brought on OCD and some confusion with medications. I live 50 mins away, so it is impossible for me to make multiple trips to ensure all meds are taken. His doctor suggested hiring a home health agency to help. I spoke with several, and despair set in as I didn't have confidence with anyone I spoke with...until Rehoboth. [name removed] was professional, caring and reassuring. He and his wife [name removed] visit my father multiple times daily to make sure he's taking his medication properly. We've had changes to his meds after post-op appointments, and they've been calm, flexible and responsive each time. I have great peace of mind, and my father looks forward to their visits. Their rates are reasonable, but more importantly, they genuinely care. Highly recommend!!

6 months ago I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with [name removed] and her people. My mother, who is in Memory Care, had fallen and broken her hip. I am NOT from the area, living many states and a 3+ hour plane flight away. I was SO lucky to have accuaid home care recommended to me, and then to have them just 'jump in'. They provided caregiver in the hospital for Mom on a round the clock basis, adjusting to the rather fluid schedule we were being given by the medical team. (from.. she'll be release tomorrow to.. not till Next week to... probably two days from now) No matter what I needed [name removed] provided it. I didn't want Mother by herself at all in the hospital. She was too disoriented. The caregivers assigned to me/her were wonderful. They understood dementia. They understood the confusion of being in the hospital and in pain. They understood when she was doing well, and identified QUICKLY that a new medication she had been given was not sitting well...

[name removed], the owner, and the staff at Sage Care went above and beyond my expectations! They took great care of my mom during her recovery. Very attentive to her needs and I could tell how much they cared about my mom while caring for her. I would highly recommend Sage Care!
