They were a great help to us and I cannot say enough nice things about them. I really appreciated the staff. The caregivers were friendly, courteous, caring and really dedicated to what they were doing. I would absolutely recommend Complete Homecare Of America Inc services to others looking.

It seems to be an overall good service, they were very responsive and did communication well. The did find people who seemed to obviously be friendly and ones who were generally qualified to meet our needs.

The staff was absolutely excellent. The people that I made the appointments through for the caregivers to come - that staff was just amazing and I cannot say enough about them They were flexible, helpful, and understanding. I could not have asked for anything better. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.

My mother has been under the care of Healing Hands since [date removed]. During that time we both have been extremely happy with the aids that have been assigned to her. I would highly recommend Healing Hands to anyone who is in need of these services.

When I called to inquire about using their services, the turn around was very quick. The manager/owner has been very responsive. They listened to everything I needed. They were very flexible when the needs changed and the caregivers adapted well to that change, they were just good all around. They gave my dad excellent care and treated him respectfully. I would definitely use Acti-Kare services again.

Griswold is definitely a company I trust, and they have responded to the needs of my loved one in a timely manner. They have good staff and caregivers who care about the needs of the care recipient and their families. They were able to assist with light housekeeping, dressing assistance, companionship, and medication management. Doctor appointments and checking in over the phone with our loved one is other services they have been able to provide, as well.

We have 24 hr care for our loved one with Better At Home. Even with the current staffing shortage, there has never been a call off or lack of coverage. The piece of mind we get is priceless. [name removed] and her staff are truly exceptional in every sense.

Senior helpers was great to work with. [name removed] was very understanding and accommodating and sent out a great person to help my folks. I would recommend them to someone else.

Having 2nd Family take care of my mother was truly a comforting experience. During a very challenging time in regards to her health and mobility, we were comforted knowing that her health and well being would be monitored and cared for by kind and compassionate staff. Would recommend to family and friends.

Senior Helpers are very caring. The staff went above and beyond to call me to tell me about concerns and personally relating to our situation. The communication and scheduling was very good as well. They were able to provide assistance with walking, bathing, occupational and physical therapy as well.

The caregivers are very caring and knowledgeable about the patients condition. They are prompt and friendly and help out in other ways around the house as well which we appreciate. They go above and beyond the basic requirements. We have had no issues what-so-ever with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Right at Home Orlando to others looking for home care services.

The staff have been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I have reached out to them with any questions or concerns. Overall the scheduling has been great and caregivers are always on time. They really bent over backwards to make sure it all worked out for us. I would absolutely recommend their services to others.

We were very pleased with them. They were easy to work with, and they were able to help us out with very little advance notice. They did the evaluation and got an aide in for us rather quickly, so I appreciated their timeliness. We had an existing aide who was out for a period of time, so we needed coverage. And they were able to work with the schedule that we needed to provide a substitute aide.

In general, we were impressed by the compassion that we received from both the administrative staff that organize the care as well as the caretakers themselves. They took the time to get to know my grandmother to make sure they had the right fit for her. It was especially great to have to have A Place For Mom's service when looking for care, because I didn't know anything about what kind of care my grandmother needed, what to do, where to look, what options were available, etc. And I'm glad they were able to guide me to Come Care Plus.

My experience with SYNERGY has been very good. We have one person who comes and she does great. The care provided is for my loved one, and they picked the right person for us. They did well, as I feel comfortable with that person coming into my home. We currently use their service for 1 hour a day. In regards to the office staff - I've called and asked about some charges and they couldn't connect me to the right person or find the right number. I had to send an email and they finally got ahold of me; so they weren't too organized in that area. However, I can say that communication is good, now that I've got in contact with the right person. Overall I would recommend SYNERGY's service to others, but of course it depends on who the caregiver is. The caregiver we have works well for our family, while others may not be a good fit.

After going through 4 agencies I found Elite to be the best. Exceptional care has been given to my mom. Her aide has become a part of the family. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to get care for them selves or their loved one. Very hands on company and caring. The owner is involved with my moms care and her staff is incredibly nice and communicating. This is the company you want, Elite is just that....ELITE!!!

The company has been great and this is the way to go. They have been able to work with our schedule for our loved one. The caregiver has been able to assist with making sure my loved one eats, monitors during bathing, and companionship for our loved one.

They staff at Homewatch Caregivers is very open and responsive and easy to get a hold of. And they provide good, professional service.

They are very flexible as my schedule has changed. They are very prompt and very polite. They are also self starters, in terms of if something needs cleaning or fixing they will do it on their own. They are very attentive to my needs. If I have a need for help at nighttime, as soon as I call out their name they're here to help me. I connected with one caregiver right away, and when we increased to the nighttime shift I connected with each of those people very quickly. I feel comfortable with them coming into my home and I would recommend their service to others.
