I don't usually write reviews to maintain privacy, but this is an exceptional agency. After a desperate search from out-of-state, we found Aurelia's Angels online in 2022. At the time, it truly felt like hitting the jackpot. The manager is also a registered nurse and she was extremely generous and consistent with her consultation time and information provided. She was also very creative in working outside of the box (unlike other agencies phoned) for attempting to provide services to a resistant older adult. She also managed challenging family dynamics, excellently. All staff were professional and caring and even though we could not keep a caregiver, because of resistance on my parent's part, the support continued via calls of concern and consultation. We highly recommend Aurelia's Angels for their level of caring and professionalism and affordability in Broward County. I am willing to speak with anyone re: this agency. Best wishes..

When Mom was finally able to come home after breaking her hip, we knew that she would need a little extra help around the house. The team at Home Matters Caregiving was our first call, and they were great from the start. From the initial consultation and walkthrough to the actual caregiving, we could not have asked for more. Professional, caring, compassionate, helpful, courteous and understanding. We will use them again if we ever need in-home care.

I called Heart of Mercy Home inquiring about care for my Dad and Mercy was very helpful and knowledgeable.She explained different services they provide based on Dad's diagnosis.I highly recommend her and the entire team .I feel much better after our conversation.

I used this agency for two years to care for my 100 year old mother and I cannot speak highly enough of the caregivers who gave such special attention and services to my mom [names removed]. They were patient with mom's dementia and additionally they often went above and beyond to keep her living areas clean The office staff always did their best to find replacements when a caregiver was sick and couldn't come into work.

Home Instead Riverside is a wonderfully helpful agency. The manager, [name removed], tries her best to help and accommodate any needs of the client and their family. All of the caregivers are friendly and eager to help. My mother used their services for over a year. During that time she had many different caregivers. We never had any problems working with them. All were friendly and helpful.

Very professional and helpful. 1776 is very supportive of their staff and pair them with the right client. They truly bring joy to Seniors and Peace to their families. I definitely highly recommend using this service.

I picked your company via placement service without knowing anything about the company. My previous knowledge of inhome care services is 30 years as a home hospice RN. I was impressed with the person you sent out on the initial interview, I believe it was [name removed]. She gave me a good sense of what the people working in the company were all about. The staff and caregiver have been excellent. Very friendly and kind. The client, my mom, is 97 with dementia. The caregiver displays patience and kindness and makes sure that she feels comfortable. She encourages her to do different activities during the day and makes sure that she gets her daily walk, weather permitting. The agency was able to provide a consistent caregiver, which has been wonderful for my mom. I would recommend Home Instead to others.

The owner came to the house and was very upfront about the process. How a caregiver is chosen, the cost, etc. The first caregiver that they sent wasn't a good fit, but the next one that they sent was perfect. Our needs were definitely met, it just wasn't a good fit for my mom. I would highly recommend the company to others.

I would comment that our aid [name removed] was top shelf. Very competent and yet careful to not intrude on personal space and helped the client feel good about themselves! Caretakers are always professional yet personable. I was very pleased. But the patient and the long 6 hour minimum was just too much for us. Currently looking for 4 hour company.
