It's nice to be able to text in slight emergencies (for example, loved one has misplaced their phone, etc.) All needs were met and my mother enjoyed meeting someone new - they even played scrabble together! Highly recommended - don't think twice, just call.

[Name removed] from ComForCare was fantastic. Visited with my dad and I on a Saturday. Listened to our needs and helped set up home visits for the following week. Very prompt. [Name removed] is our assigned home care aide. She's been great and stays in continuous contact. Mainly with my sister. I would recommend them to others.

She stays overtime on Mondays to make sure all my clothes are dry. She cleaned out my closet and rearranged my room for more room. She fixes my lunch daily. She is an all around great person. We have been very pleased with the loving care provided by the 2nd Family caregivers. The caregivers that have come in have been compassionate and caring. Also, if there is ever a call out, 2nd Family worked to find a replacement caregiver to come in.

Our overall experience was a. We are hoping to utilize your in home care again for the summer of 2024. Yes we would recommend this service to other families, it was through the Prestige Agency. The billing department was not as timely as they could have been which contributed to reimbursement delays from our long term care but I understood that they were short staffed...and the care was what really mattered.

We spent countless hours thoroughly researching companies who provided these services. After a very long and very careful decision, we chose Home Matters of San Luis Obispo County. I can’t put into words how wonderful they have been! From the beginning processes of paperwork etc. to the every day of providing that individualized and special care to our grandmother, it has been easy, kind and they have gone out of their way! Trust me when I say, my elderly grandma is no easy person to convince of care, and she now reports how much she just LOVES everyone she has had the pleasure to meet. Thank you!

I understand that the cost is the agency standard, and that I am paying more per hour as I generally don't have 25 hours/ week. I really have benefited from having a caregiver in the home when I am away. The caregiver is very pleasant, willing to do whatever is needed, and my spouse really likes her. The supervisor has been very responsive to my schedule needs and adjustments that have come up. I am pleased with the service .

[name removed] is very thoughtful and shows true heartfelt concern for my dad and his well-being. The other numbers don't represent the care I'm getting, as it is at his home and not a facility. The caregivers who help my dad: clean his house, prepare simple afternoon and dinner meals for him and provide companionship, as well as take him shopping/ appointments/etc.

I was impressed with how well their representative met me where we are in order to address our needs. We picked this community because of the flexibility they offered and responsiveness to our call.

The people at Village Caregiving have been nothing but spectacular since Day 1, everyone is courteous and prompt, empathetic and helpful. If you have a question or problem it is dealt with immediately with an answer or solution that offers total peace of mind.

They have been wonderful. Everything I had hoped for. Staff is both care and helping focused. They're trustworthy and helpful. All levels of care From the beginning caring and desire to meet my needs were important. This includes community liaison, caregivers and schedulers were always helpful. It's a quality agency.

I could leave my dad in my home for safety and his medical condition the company worked with my hours and always kept in touch. I would recommend to others.

The staff members at FirstCare are very friendly and very efficient and kind. There is not much cooking that goes on. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this home care service to other families.
