Synergy representatives were initially friendly and understanding during our introductory conversation. We communicated throughout my schedule changes for caregiving shifts due to uncertain conference schedule and meeting commitments. When an assigned caregiver could not arrive for a shift, they were willing to cover by asking others who responded quickly to not have me worried. My mother enjoyed the caregivers and was receptive to them. I think the caregivers had good walking exercise with my active mother! They walked a lot... The staff kept me informed and comforted me about their caregiving services and attention whenever I called or they provided updates. Their caregiving service was excellent.

Our family was very appreciative of the staff of 1776 Senior Care. All of the staff was the best and was on top of everything. All the caregivers were exceptional and very calming, which is what we needed during this difficult time. They were truly a blessing. A caregiver came to my home. The experience was positive and helpful and reliable. Price was slightly higher but I liked that they came to do a home screening before the start of care, whereas other firms seemed willing to send someone without an evaluation, and this was said to be done to match the right caregiver to the patient and situation.

All caregivers and "management" are excellent, extremely friendly and flexible.

The families should stress the point of a patient being in hospice care and the caregiver should be told. Ours was not, and she was upset about not being told from First Light.

I had a positive experience working with Ultimate Assistance for Elders home care agency. They provided me with excellent support and guidance to obtain needed services. Within a few days Heath aid started providing home care services that I needed. The Heath aid was very caring supportive and knowledgeable and was a great help for me. The office personnel was available to answer all questions that I had. They took time to understand my needs and answer my questions. Thank you Ultimately assistance for Elders team !
