The only complaint I have is like a service I had before, they do not have enough help so consequently if you have problems or the worker that you have that comes every day gets sick or cannot come, they do not have anybody to replace some full-time.

By far the best serviceI received for the past 18 months, very helpful and caring people, I am living alone and far from my children, my caregive come daily and help me with my daily activities, and she also takes me for my appointments.

Owned by both the father and his daughter who is a nurse. They require 4 hours per shift.

Home Helpers were excellent in caring for my loved one 24/7 while on Hospice. Helpers were punctual, did shift change close out (clean area, check patient for comfort), then did shift change handoff between helpers at time of change. Helpers were caring and encouraging to both me and my husband. Very supportive during his Hospice time. The lady who was on duty with me the day he passed was amazing and so supportive to help me through that moment. She stayed with me until the Hospice nurse came and I will forever be grateful for the love and tenderness she showed for my husband and me.

1776 Senior Care took wonderful, patient, and loving care of my mom. Mom was well-fed, cleaned, and dressed in the dignified manner and style as the lady she was. The expertise and compassion of each of the caregivers were exemplary, and we are so grateful for these precious ladies and consider each of them as a family today. I recommend very very highly. Simply the best!

Staff at Clearbrook Senior Care are always responsive. I would definitely recommend their home care services to others looking.

Office staff was great at working with us and coordinating staff to help my mom. For the most part aides emerge great. In this type of environment there are bound to be personality conflicts and the one time that did occur Amada took care of it quickly

Very responsive. They set up urgent care in less than a day. They are flexible with adjusting days and times as the situation changes. They have supported the client at home, in the hospital and at a rehab. The caregivers are a wonderful match for the clients. The caregivers do not require a lot of direction and have been very helpful with a variety of tasks from light house work to transportation to appointments to running errands.

The caregivers were on time and eager to address our needs. My brother was discharged from the hospital and Hospice care was not able to check in on him for several days. I did not feel comfortable taking care of him myself so I was referred to My Brothers Keeper. They arrived within a few hours and gave around the clock care. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Very pleased with 1776 Senior Care services. We are using them for a loved one who is recovering from a serious illness. I'm impressed with the personal interest and dedication shown by the caregiver, [name removed]. She really cares about our loved ones and she goes above and beyond to help us with our needs.

As my mother’s need for at-home assistance increased, I reached out to A place for Mom. Within a couple hours, [name removed], Care Coordinator at Golden Years, called me. We set up an appointment soon after the call. Mom was not happy about the prospect of having a caregiver in her house. [name removed] was very gentle in her conversation with mom and was able to smooth her feathers. We were all set to move forward with a great experienced caregiver. I thought Mom’s LTC insurance would certainly help pay for the caregiving services, but our claim was denied because my 93 year old mom with moderate dementia was not deemed to really need such care. Very frustrating! Mom can’t afford to pay for the caregiving service without her LTC plan’s assistance, so I had to cancel our contract with Golden Years. They were understanding and professional throughout the cancellation process. Mom will no doubt qualify for coverage in the future and I won’t hesitate to hire Golden Years at that time.

Very grateful for Senior Helpers in Westminster. As a new client, Senior Helpers was able to come to the house and assess the situation, as well as provide care in less than 24 hrs notice. Since then they have found individuals that are a great fit for assisting the client. They have provided care givers that are responsible and who require little direction and most important are a great match in personality for the client. Senior Helpers has been flexible in filling last minute needs, as well as adjusting schedules. They have assisted the client at home, as well as at hospital and rehabilitation center. They truly care about their clients checking in to see how they are doing when they were taken to the hospital. There cost is inline with other care givers, but give me peace of mind.

I met [name removed] when he began taking care of my father, [name removed] He was absolutely outstanding and my father developed a close bond with him as did I. He remains one of my closest friends and part of my extended family. He and his caregivers also took great care of me after two surgeries. I highly recommend [name removed] and his caregivers!

Our caregiver is lovely, kind, patient & punctual!!! She is greatly appreciated!!! Any concerns are immediately addressed. Reliable & professional on every level….. Very easy to communicate with a staff that is always warm and friendly.

Very professional agency. They have rarely had gaps in service and if so have notified us in advance. Caring aides. Owner is always there for you and hands on. Client is a Veteran and when VA had a ceremony at his house to honor his service, the owner came. You won’t find a better agency.
