From my initial interaction with [name removed] at Unified Pledge Home Health, I knew this was a company that I could trust. [name removed] was kind, compassionate and went out of her way to address all of my concerns about my mom’s care. The aids that my mother has had help her were all professional, good-hearted, attentive to my mother’s needs, patient and hard working. It is of great reassurance to have found Unified Pledge Home Health and know that my mother has dependable, compassionate and caring people helping her so that she can remain at home and get the assistance she needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Unified Pledge Home Health!

Home Instead works really well with the family helping them to identify the type and style of caregiving that the individual needs. They also do a really good job of pairing the caregiver with the family. They are willing to do whatever you need them to, whether it is light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, or sitting and playing games with the family's loved one. In our case, my parents' caregiver even sat down with them during their regular morning devotions! They developed a special relationship with one another, and were sad when the time for caregiving came to an end, due to my parents moving into assisted-living. I would recommend Home Instead to other families.

The peace of mind I had knowing these folks were looking out for and taking care of mom allowed me to enjoy time away with my grandchildren!
