Each caregiver has shown respect, professionalism, and true companionship in taking care of our mom. My experience was short, only a couple of days in-home , but I was impressed and relieved that Senior Helpers knew the answers to every question I had. I loved that they came to the hospital to make arrangements ahead of time and to meet my brother. The caregivers exceeded my expectations and went out of their way to make sure my brother's needs were met. When my brother passed away the caregiver remained at the house and helped us through that difficult situation. I met personally 2 people from Senior Helpers. [name removed], who came to the hospital and set everything up and [name removed] who was the caregiver. I don't know their titles exactly. I would recommend and have recommended Senior Helpers to others.

Your caregivers are caring and go over and beyond what is expected. Very trustworthy. Anyone looking for these types of services would be very happy and comfortable having their loved one being cared for by Home Instead staff.

Friendly and attentive caregivers. Very responsive owners. They do have a minimum amount of hours. That is why a 4 for value. A certain price per hour and a reduced price if booking a 4-hour minimum. I don't recall now what it was.

You could not ask for a better care provider. They were very extremely competent, professional, and knowledgeable and provided a real sense that your loved ones' care was foremost in their mind. If I were to use 1776 Senior Care in the future I would not regret it for sure!

Administrative staff always did best to assign replacements or change schedules.. usually with someone who had taken of Mom before..

Dealing with Agewell was a pleasure. This was already a very stressful time dealing with finding Homecare for our Mother. I called and spoke with them and they calmed our fears and were very quick to act. The person that they put in there was a delight and became a close friend with our Mother. [name removed] is an excellent care giver. She is clean, friendly, listens to what I want, helps me get out if the bathtub safely, does a great job blow drying my hair and joins me in watching my favorite YouTube show.

They were excellent and kind. My mom loved the visitors and the help. I picked this community because it was convenient and a very flexible schedule.

Our family had a hard time letting someone else care for mom, but now I wish we would have done it sooner. She is healthier, more active, and she is less argumentative with me and my sister. When the first caregiver didn't work out management was understanding and immediately found a better fit.

Home Helpers adjusts to daily needs and wants as they arise. From my mom recuperating and needing less care to my father's Alzheimer's progressing and needing more care, their caregivers and management have been accommodating and compassionate. I would definitely recommend them.

[name removed] was wonderful from start to finish! The Caregiver assigned to my elderly mother was [name removed]. She too was absolutely amazing! Scheduling days/shifts was super easy and quick! They were most often times able to accommodate us even last minute when need be! The services this company offers was just what we needed for my mother whom has Alzheimer’s. Gave me piece of mind and gave my mother a chance to get out for errands and lunch at various local restaurants! Highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors!!!!!!!
