The response time with options was very quick and the difficult decision was handled with kindness and grace.

Velvet Home Care Solution cared for two relatives recently for about 3 months prior to their move out of state. My sisters and I initially used their service for a week in Feb 2023 while we were waiting to place mom at a local memory care facility. In Oct 2033 mom required an adjustment in meds due to behavior related to her dementia. We used Senior Helpers of the triangle again to provide a 1:1 companion for mom at the facility as she adjusted to new meds. [name removed] or [name removed] came with to the facility with every change in caregiver to introduce them to mom. We would not hesitate to call [name removed] again if needed.

When I called Elite Eldercare I was in such a desperate place trying to make sure my father had the care he needed. I spoke with [name removed], the CEO and owner herself and could not have asked for a better experience, she immediately sent someone my way to meet with my father and l, and personally came to my fathers house to check on him, and help build a care plan to fit our needs. I found Senior Healthcare of Lawrenceville, an excellent source for personal care, and housekeeping, for anyone who is unable to carry on their daily activities. I was unable to continue taking care of my home and had physical problems after my spine surgery. The management of senior healthcare, came to me personally, and set up our plan. I enjoyed excellent care and they helped me maintain my home at the level that I wished the manage of senior healthcare worked very closely with me on all issues of care and were instrumental in helping me navigate from home healthcare to being able to use my insurance to go to assisted-living. Galaxy Home Care has been great. From getting me set up with the necessary paperwork, to a home visit and finding the right person to help my mom. The aide has really been helpful and I have seen a change in my mom’s spirits. Shes eating better, doesn’t seem down anymore and is happy to have someone around to talk to. I’m very happy with their service.

The caregiver is an excellent provider. She is always at my wife's side caring for her. From the moment she arrives till she leaves her concern is my wife's well being. When the provider is out, we would rather cancel than receive a substitute.
