I picked this community because of the staff - understanding....dementia is a new illness for me but I feel i have resource that not only understands the illness but understands and supportive for me now and what lies ahead.

It's been a good experience . Another friend had used it before. I would recommend it to others.

Owner [name removed] is caring, insightful with current services offered, very knowledgeable and empathetic as he also went thru the same situation as my father with dementia. His office manager Santiago was incredible in providing day to day operation necessities, always available for any consultation, he knew the best match for our dad with the care giver that would be best suited. Just couldn't ask for a better company to use. As for our caregiver [name removed] she was phenomenal, very personable, excellent bedside manners, great skills with handling all the different stages of a patient with dementia, kind, patience, funny and energetic and very strong and professional demeanor with all his ADL's so glad that we had HomeWell for my dad.

They truly are Angels! They have excellent office staff. They are always available to answer questions and scheduling changes are handle efficiently.

The caregiver is so committed to the care and knowledgeable. I would recommend Home Instead to others needing Home Care.

At the time we used the Elite Eldercare PDX services, everyone was very responsive to any needs we had at the time and made every effort to meet our needs as they changed. We would recommend their services to other families.

I am not sure about the owners, I always talked to the office staff. [name removed] the lady who came and interviewed us and told us about the company was very knowledgeable about all the services. Told us that we had to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a day. She was upfront about the cost for 2 parents. We only needed one aide since neither of my parents needed 24 hour care. They had special pricing and was able to bill the Long Term Care correctly. They only bill once a month which is fine, sometimes it is a little longer and I have to call for the invoice. I like to keep up and not let it drag on. I have had to call the office several times to change our aides hours and it never has been a problem. They will also call and check up on the aide if her hours look off. We lucked out with our aide, she is the best. She took care of mom until the end and is now taking care of dad.

They provide an excellent service for my mom. The caregiver we have was absolutely amazing. Very kind and very patient all throughout. We're very pleased with the customer service. Our experience with care provider 1776 Senior Care was excellent.

Everyone I have dealt with has been so professional. Every seems so caring. The caregiver Eva is so professional and caring. [name removed] is always asking if there is anything she can do to help me.

They have been absolutely amazing. [Name removed], in the office, has been so kind and helpful and my mom's caregiver [name removed] has been a Godsend. She is sweet and helpful and does so much for my mom and I. We couldn't be happier.

I have a wonderful Home Health Care Provider that comes to my house 3 days a week to help me with daily task and my two dogs. She is always on time and has a can do attitude. I hit the lottery with her. The office replied to my request for help in an expedited manner. I will definitely recommend them to others in need.

Prism Home Care consistently sends good caregivers who are always on time and who really try their best to be helpful. I got a grant and switched to another company, and the quality of caregivers was just nowhere near as good.

Optimum Senior Care is FANTASTIC and I would give them 10 stars out of 5. They are a lifesaver for us. I would recommend them to others.

First. I was very very happy with the response I received from [name removed] at A Place for Mom and the continued communication with her. I and my folks picked Senior Helpers over the others due to the positive reaction my folks had with Melissa and because of her knowledge working with retired military and her wonderful support and genuine care for them.

We have a caregiver that is very accommodating to our loved ones unique personality with patience and compassion. We could not of asked for more. We would recommend Home Instead anytime to other families.
