The admission person [name removed] was great--very personable and lovely. The primary RN was very thorough (I am a PT with 32 years of healthcare experience in all things geriatrics)--great admission visit and follow up 2 weeks later. She did a great job of working with the personal care attendant [name removed]. The company did a great job of picking [name removed] who was matched quite well with [name removed]. Just a great experience all around.

My sister, wife and I really liked the people that came to the house. I can't say much about the ones that came while my wife and I were traveling, but the ones we met were very caring and attentive to my sister's needs - and God knows she was very needy.

They are very approachable and professional; the website was very helpful. We would recommend them highly and prefer them to the other agency that we use for our mother in law.. ..the care giver for the other agency is the only reason we have not switched to Home options solely.. that caregiver has been very competent.

We have been pleased with senior helpers. Sometimes their communication can be a little lacking but other than that they are fantastic. The caretakers are wonderful.

The friendly attitudes of the supervisors was great. I knew if I didn't mesh well with one of the aids they would send someone else next time. All of people who helped me were actually good. I felt safe with them which is a big deal.

I thought the owners were very quick to respond anytime I needed to reach out. They seem to be very caring and genuinely interested in being helpful to their clients. I didn't have direct contact with the actual day to day caregivers so I can't answer to that directly.

Home Instead has met all of my mothers needs. I would recommend their services to others looking.

We were matched with [name removed] from Home Instead. She was wonderful. A Place for Mom helped my parents immensely and eased the minds of my siblings and I as we worked to get our parents the assistance they needed,

We had [name removed] come to our house to take care of my 93 year old mom, different days. Terri was always on time, clean, friendly, helpful- she is a joy! My mom liked her very much. She is a dear person I'd love to call family! I feel very fortunate to have found Senior Solutions and to have had [name removed].

Easy to schedule, responsive, acted quickly when we needed to change timing of services and were flexible.

We had the service for Right At Home earlier this year, about four visits. At the time we were in shock because my husband was having serious memory loss and disconnecting. I needed help, this is a big house but he is not ready to leave it. Also he is not ready to accept care and left the house when the Right At Home woman arrived. This left me with some companionship for four hours, which was very nice as I was feeling overwhelmed with extra laundry etc. I am still an active senior, but I can't keep up with all the housework. This is where I really need the help, some cleaning of floors and dusting. Right At Home service is not designed to do housework, more "on patient" work which is not needed yet here. I am sure we will need help in the future as I am now 90 years old and get easily tired out. Husband is still able to dress himself. We will undoubtedly call for service again. I liked the Right At Home service and people.

The owner came the first day. We went over policies and expectations. We decided Care Team is what we were looking for. Our caregiver is very sweet and very self motivated. Mom loves her. She keeps busy, and communicates through a binder she leaves, including lists of supplies she needs to care for Mom. Mom is currently at a local nursing home. Care Team keeps in touch, offering to have our caregiver return when Mom gets back home. We’re very pleased with the staff.

We used ActivAge for in-home care to help my husband when I was out of town. He was very pleased with the help they provided him such as making his meals. I was happy with their ability to meet the days and times when we needed help. Overall, it was a very good experience.

From the very beginning of the process thru getting to know our provider, we've been very pleased with everyone's kindness and friendly service. I highly recommend Promise Senior Solutions. We have an aide who comes to my mom's house and she's been so happy with her help. It's such a relief to all of us to know she's in good hands.

This type of care is extremely personal and very personalized. Beehive committed to take care of me while remaining in my own home. The team has done that...and much more. They have embraced me as a family member. I have already recommended beehive and will do so again.

Amazing! 1776 Senior Care has provided the best-assisted living care for my family. My grandmother has finally found elderly care that fit her needs. They provide her with so much support for her everyday life and never mistreat her. Thank you all for providing the care she deserves while providing her a friendship that she truly enjoys with her caregivers especially [names removed]!

They are very good at communicating with me if mom seems not herself. Mom likes the two-three girls they have sent to her and have become regulars for her. Which is very important. The only issue I have is someone not showing up the day after Christmas. Her days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. With Christmas being Monday she didn't need someone but they were supposed to come Tuesday. She waited no one came or called. Wednesday the office called and said some girls were sick so there wouldn't be someone out that day. However that said mom was sick with Covid on Wednesday and they said no one could out for five days. The bad part I was sick also. I do understand that mom had Covid, but what I don't understand is what if she had no one else to help her. That's the point of having caregivers come to her home. I would recommend Home Instead to others and I have.

We picked this community because of the VA Association. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Based on these categories I give home instead a 5 across the board. [name removed] was 1st contact. She was very personable caring and followed up several times. [name removed] was great as my mom's aid. She was always upbeat and compassionate. My mom had visiting nurses for physical therapy and [name removed] would keep my mom motivated to do her exercises.

Blessed to find this company is truly an understatement. The caregivers along with the owner are amazing!!! My father is not and has never been a peoples person, but he is so happy and looks forward to one of the caregivers or Brandi comes in to take care of him. Looking for a reliable company that lives up to their name and promises has been difficult, but this past year working with Caring and Compassionate Homecare I’ve been able to get back to my normal life knowing he is properly taken care of.. I wish there was a 100 star option
