Our Caregiver is a Great Caring Person. She evaluates and helps each person for their needs. You can have as much help or as little depending on your needs or loved ones need. I have recommend her to my sister and friends.

I recommend Amada because the people run an efficient process and work with you. If the main caretaker was not going to be able to make her scheduled day, Amada would call and give you a substitute beforehand each and every time, therefore no gaps or rushing to find someone to cover. Our caretaker was great, billing rate reasonable. My father has passed but because of Amada he spent his final days at home not in an institution.

Home instead has been providing care for our parents and we have been very pleased with the staff and the care they are giving our parents. I would highly recommend them. I liked the fact that they have a care plan for our parents and the staff are to abide by the plan.

When our family was looking for some help take care of our brother, we were put in contact with Happier At Home. Their services were excellent from start to finish very informative and helpful They came for a home visit to see what our needs were. Communication was easy The best part was the caregiver! She was wonderful and my brother has so happy with her services! [name removed] was very compassionate to our family during this difficult time

They listen to us and check in regularly. They always make sure the caregiving shift is covered. I don't think they have a minimum amount of hours required, but don't really know. We have them scheduled for 4 hours a week.

The owner is just terrific - so understanding and compassionate with dealing in stressful situations. All caregivers offered wonderful care to my father and were interactive with him while he was able to interact. HomeWell's was very willing to work with the schedule we required for my father's care, I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed to.

We use home care services through Seniors Helping Seniors Northwest Atlanta for my loved one. This agency is wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend them to others looking for home care services.

A representative came to my home and we discussed my needs and how Cornerstone could help. We decided on a plan and signed paperwork with a begin date. The office manager wasn't going to honor the plan that the representative made & signed with me. The office manager was mean, rude and didn't care what arrangements were previously made. Things were going to be done HER way. I don't need that kind of rudeness, so I canceled my agreement to use this company. As I was getting ready to hang up, she quickly agreed to the original terms. The caregivers that came to my home were always on time and were prepared to take care of my husband. They were kind & gentle with him while accomplishing all of my goals each day. They also cleaned up after my husband and emptied any full trash cans. It was the needed help that I was looking for and was worth the money for the help.

Seniors Helping Seniors Mid-Ohio have provided us with the best Caregiver in the world! Our assigned Caregiver has been coming to our home for almost 8 months and she is an angel here on Earth. As my husband's dementia has declined she has been there to support me through each stage. Guiding me, encouraging me and educating me. 2 weeks ago, she was caring for my husband and he was struggling to breath. She kept him calm, called 911 and met with the response team. She went far above and beyond the call of duty. It is an absolute honor and a privilege to know her and to call her our friend.

I would recommend them. I have found them easy to communicate with. We have gotten to know several of their care workers while we get Dad settled into a regular routine and they have all been pretty good - many of them excellent with lots of experience.

Our family has been using the services of Seniors Helping Seniors for a number of months. We needed some companion ship for my husband. The person we were matched with has been extremely nice to work with. I feel the Seniors Helping Seniors Agency did an excellent job in their selection process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

[Name Removed]listened to my request to transition my stepdad out of a memory care at a Pacifica and back to his home. Thank you, [Name Removed]! Things are harder for us, but he is doing so much better now. He has home health therapists and a stimulating day program available to him now.

JC Home care, has been dependable and caring for my mom & Dad . I do not live close by my parents. JC is always in touch and informative with me . Mom & Dad are happy to see them. Their services are very much Appreciated.

We had a great experience with our caregiver team. They are very accommodating with changes in schedule, always available to communicate back in a timely manner, the caregiver was wonderful and also flexible with changing hours when needed.

We like knowing that a trusting/caring person is with them to make sure they have a good evening meal and taking their medication accordingly.
