My experience has been wonderful with Seniors Helping Seniors. They have so much compassion for what they do. My 94 year old mother really likes her caregiver. They matched her with a wonderful lady that she enjoys being with. She's great with mom from helping her bathe to fixing her dinner. Sometimes they sit and talk, which is a good thing for her. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Very positive experience. Her only complaint is that the food is too salty.

Cardinal care was a great experience and I highly recommend there service for anyone need extra care with their love ones. We had to change out providers a few times , although the were really quick to change and accommodate us to insure we had a good experience.

Once in a while someone makes a significant impact in your life. My bride and I grew up together since the 3rd grade and going on 55 years married. A brittle diabetic for 52 yrs (adopted), had 2 brain surgeries (brain shunts), ablation, quadruple bypass, viral encephalitis, numerous TIA's, AFib, Watchman put in her heart, five strokes (the last one in Oct), 50% kidney failure, incontinent, one of the bypasses is 100% blocked the other 3 are all 25% blocked. I need assistance to take care of my bride so I can accomplish running to the store, going to the bank, picking up medicines, etc. The ability to leave my bride with someone I trust is imperative. [name removed] has done more for my bride than any other nurse or caregiver! She is kind, caring, ensures [name removed] is clean, dry, and happy. [name removed]ensures that my bride is showered, does her hair, and dresses her. [name removed] believes that (my bride), her patient is 100% taken care of. When I think of it that in itself says it all,.

We had a very good experience with our caregiver. She was very experienced and wonderful with our mother.Our mother really liked her. I highly recommend senior helpers for their excellent care and compassion that they gave my Mom. Would definitely use them again.

They are very responsive, all of the caregivers that I interacted with were amazing, far better than what I expected. Communication is great and fast. They were great, I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner was very helpful and comforting. She teamed us up with the perfect care giver. I loved the communication and short response time. They were also very flexible and met my needs. I felt very comfortable leaving my husband in our home in their care.

This agency connected us with a literal godsend, a caregiver who was capable of a level of compassion, patience and gentleness that I didn't know was possible. A bodhisattva. She cared for our mom when my sister and I couldn't be there and actually helped us both cope better when we were able to calm down. And she wasn't the only amazing carer! When it got to where we needed overnight care, Helios found ANOTHER patient, skillful HHA who was willing to stay up with her. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Previously, we had used a different company. We became very dissatisfied because they were very inconsistent. Caregivers would be replaced at the last minute, or not show up at all. We are very pleased with Home Instead! [name removed] is a wonderful caregiver and takes excellent care of our dad. She goes beyond what is asked of her. We appreciate her and Home Instead!

I want to recommend Apex Care Solutions to anyone who needs caregivers for your loved one. [name removed] was so responsive and communicated right away by text, just as I had asked and we hit it off immediately. This isn't my first time hiring thru an agency for home care, but I am so grateful I found Apex! The owner is absolutely dedicated to making sure we have quality caregivers who treat their clients as though they are family. Such attention to detail and service has been incredibly hard to find, but I have found it with Apex and those who give their heart and energy to my Dad so that I can help another family member as well as get sleep and breaks. Being a caregiver is exhausting, but finding someone as skilled and experienced as the owner of Apex, who has the drive and passion to staff good caregivers, is truly a blessing to my family.

I would say the value is fair but depending on the individual caregiver may seem a bit expensive. In other words - each caregiver is different and it seems some put in more effort than others. They have all been friendly.[name removed]who oversees them (manager) is very nice and responsive.

I have been using some home care help for my mother for several weeks now while I’m working. She’s had 3 different care covers (due to her main one being I’ll a few days) and all have been phenomenal. They are kind and caring with my elderly mother and take the time to listen to her and what she wants and needs. They will help her on walks in the neighborhood on nice days, and sit with her as she tells stories of her family on bad weather days. They will take her to therapy and even to fun shop so she gets out. Great staff and management is very communicative.

The caregivers have been amazing and treat my parents like family! We have several different ones covering different shifts and they all are professional, friendly, understanding and most importantly work well with aging adults. Management team is organized, flexible and understanding. I love that they are always accessible and answer text communications right away.

The care and compassion provided by [name removed] and [name removed] is unmatched. My Aunt is treated like she is their family. This care giver service excels at keeping family updated on all aspects of care and service. Thank you.
