Customer service has been very helpful. Carepros have been helpful and reliable. Least is some care pros are not very proactive. They look to the client When client does not have the wherewithal to make decisions.

My Husband and I hired Amada Senior Care for my mother in law. We are both still working and gone most of the day so we really needed the extra help.We had discussed using an assisted living facility but we couldnt really find one that we liked. My mother loved the people that they had sent to us. They really paid attention to detail and she was comfortable up to the end . The reason for the "3" ratings are because the caregivers never seemed to be consistent. Since they couldn't get the same caregivers to come each day we had to tell them every time what needed to be done.
