I have recommended Aria to anyone who is interested! She was very responsible in keeping me in the loop, also in both sending and resending bills to an agency which screwed up. She made arrangements for additional help efficiently. I will work with her again if I have the need.

We ended up in an emergency situation where we needed 24/7 care for my mother with dementia in the next few hours. Home Matters came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. They stepped right in and made sure mom had her meds, was fed well and generally kept on schedule. Mom's reports back was always about how kind and helpful the people with her were. I truly appreciate their kindness and caring nature, and would use them for future needs.

The overall experience my mother had was very good. My mother was very difficult due to the fact she refused to accept she was failing and needed assistance day to day. Elite staff were always kind to her. Always well dressed. Always cleaned up my mother's apartment. The staff was wonderful to my mother and all of us in the family. The quality of care was good. The management worked with me when we felt that an aide was not experienced enough to deal with my mother's condition and things started to decline. My mother absolutely loved one aide in particular but when things started to go bad we felt she wasn't going to be able to handle my mother. We were able to get her to come and work with another of my mother's more experienced aides and that helped quite a bit. We were so thankful for that. The aides always helped my mother with her meals. If she didn't care for what was delivered to her apartment they would fix her something else. The aides would make sure she would go to activities. If not up to it the aides would watch movies with her or do activities in her apartment. I think it was a good value. It was expensive but my mother was deathly afraid of being place in long term nursing. Elite made it possible for her to live her last few months as she wanted. And they were called upon more than once for last minute changes. They always came through.

I would strongly recommend the service. It gives family peace of mind.

I was most impressed with Home Instead's staff. They were willing to do any task, fix lunch, go for a walk, shower, play games, just sit on the deck and talk, look at photo albums etc. and my husband enjoyed his time with them. I never felt nervous leaving him.

Senior helpers were very helpful. [name removed] the manager was very caring . For the $[removed] a month they would help with bathing and dressing, Give her medication , help her to the dining room . And check on her a couple times a day . The only thing she needed at the time was making sure she took her meds and helping her to the dining room . If [facility name removed]would have helped her with those 2 things, it would have saved her the $[removed].
