[name removed] is a force of nature. The rest of the staff have been great as well. Our particular situation has not been typical as my father-in-law has gone from almost literally Death's Door (His blood pressure dropped to 33/30 on the 3rd day.) to an incredible turn around with ups and downs and radically changing care needs and some behavioral animosity manifesting from time to time. Through all of it, the staff at Amada have been tremendous and supportive, adapting to the changing needs of the case. Currently, we are a test case for a new service they intend to offer. I highly recommend Amada to anyone.

We had tried to use several caregiver options prior to Home Instead. After we switched, I don’t know how we did without them. They are communicative, responsive, dependable and above all, have excellent people working for them.

Girling is an excellent service. My mother is extremely difficult and they have gone out of their way to please her, even though she will never be satisfied. Also, my mother is a very bossy person and again they have done the best to please her. The only way she will be the least bit thankful is when she spends the little money she has left and will need to experience Medicaid health care.

Senior Care Safe at Home was a service that provided in home care. They came to her ALF several days a week. Yes, base don the experience we have had I'd definitely recommend them.

I am a client of Nurse Next Door and am 100% bed bound and live alone. NND is the 4th home care giving company I have tried and I was previously paired with approx 16 caregivers. I would consider myself experienced in the industry. NND was different from the beginning. They were able to successfully fight for and get me part of my care giving hours compensated for through the VA. I couldn't believe it when they started working on it before I even signed on with them. I knew I was in good hands with the very first caregiver they sent me because they knew what they were doing without hesitation. They were engaged with my companionship and met all my needs above and beyond. They made me feel well taken care of for the first time. Nurse Next Door was great at communicating with me and they really listened to what my needs were. They were flexible with scheduling my caregivers to accommodate my needs without overcharging me or overscheduling un-needed hours. They saved me a ton of money.

We have been using 24 Hour Caregivers for 7 years for our mom and dad in Thousand Oaks. The caregivers that we have have never changed and they have grown to be apart of our family. The agency makes it so easy for us and does all the billing services for our Long Term Care Insurance.
