We have been using this agency over a year for my mom. Mom has improved ever since she has routine schedule and someone to look forward to seeing 3 times a week. We love the option for no minimums as sometimes my mom only needs two hours instead of her usual 5. Thank you everyone at Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook.

[name removed] has been my caregiver for over two weeks, being here daily on weekdays. She keeps records of my vitals, prepares the weekly medications, assists with necessary personal care needs, and keeps my residence clean and orderly. She possesses a depth of knowledge and experience in caregiving for the elderly, and maintains a pleasant disposition at all times. She stays very organized, planning the day and making adjustments as needed. I can recommend [name removed] as an excellent caregiver to other clients.

I have dealt with many different service companies over the past few years to help care for my elderly parents. They were mostly all the same. However, the women at Concierge Care really care about their clients. My mom has dementia and gets irritated easily and some workers have a tough time handling these patients . [name removed] never gave up trying to find the right fit for her. She was so polite to me every time I spoke to her. [name removed] runs the entire operation with a real understanding of the struggles adult children have trying to navigate care for their elderly parents-especially the ones who think they do not need any help!! For the time we had with [name removed] it was a wonderful experience. My sister, [name removed] loved her as Idid! She was always on time and [name removed] enjoyed her shower, hair washing and styling. They had lots of laughs together, which was so nice to hear.[name removed] also enjoyed their walks together, weather permitting . I was sad to see [name removed] go.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. They are very professional and easy to communicate with. The caregiver and my mother get along very well. She will do any chores or tasks my mother requests.

Our complete experience with Home Matters from the very start was five star!! My mom instantly had a connection with Lisa at Home Matters. Mom felt like this company was an answer from heaven and that [name removed]was an angel. My siblings and I all had a huge feeling of relief, knowing that my mom was in great hands. Mom felt like she had met her best friend. [name removed]came and checked on my mom and brought her treats throughout my mom‘s two months with Home Matters. Each caretaker that came to care for my mom were prompt and completely qualified, they all went above and beyond to help my mom while she was almost completely immobile. They cared for mom at her home. Making her healthy food giving her meds, and taking such good care of her. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the staff and I truly recommend them to anyone!!

The specific person we have for our mother's care is excellent; exceeding expectations. The interaction with the admin staff is excellent too. We feel fortunate to have Home Instead in our area and would highly recommend them to others needing assistance with home care. Through Home Instead we're able to keep my mom in her own home. We didn't need the minimum hours of care but we had to use those hours or the care giver would not get paid. The whole organization was great to work with. [name removed] was wonderful. I would highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors. We may use them again to help at an Assisted Living facility when the time comes.

Staff are very easy to talk to, organized, flexible, kind care givers. Definitely highly recommend SYNERGY homecare to anybody looking.

Superior was great, but my loved one needed more care. My dad was a very difficult patient. He dementia was just starting. The ladies I worked with were wonderful. [name removed] was the only one who was able to actually stay with him and get him to listen. He was treated with respect all the way through. I highly recommend their home care services.

Other than the no shows, they have been great. Even at that, they hustle to find a replacement. They are very helpful on keeping mom on target with meds and water consumption. Getting her up and moving. I don’t have to worry when mom takes a shower. And they make sure she eats. They also help out with other things like dusting, washing dishes, cleaning the stove, folding clothes. We have been very pleased with the people you have sent out to care for my mom. They treat her with kindness and we don't worry about her as much knowing she is being taken care of. And let me tell you - my mom is a people person. We found that when she was staying home by herself - that she would really miss visiting with people. These wonderful caregivers have lifted her spirits tremendously. I appreciate their help very much!

I would recommend the company wholeheartedly. I found First Light for my mother-in-law when she was coming home from a rehab center. She was 95 years old. I hired First Light of Silicon Valley to help my husband take care of her as I was already living with my now 94 and a half year old dad. My husband was recently diagnosed with dementia and remains in the Bay Area for comfort and familiarity after his mother passed while I remain in the Sacramento area taking care of my dad. It was a no-brainer to whom I was going to hire to take care of my dad when I have a 15+ hour day traveling to and from the Bay Area when needed for my husband's care. First Light has been a god send.
