Wonderful experience with everyone.... My Mom now calls "Her Friends" My mom goes a couple times a month and truly looks forward to her visits...The ladies come and are so professional and take great care of our loved one!!!

Able to walk you through the process of home care very well! Fully staffed and readily available. Has well trained aides. I recommend calling them to book care. Their rates are in line with other agencies but their follow through is better and they can start care the next day all over West and Mid MI.

I'm the sole caregiver for my Mom. I found myself needing assistance in caring for my Mom for about a week, so that I could recover myself from a needed surgery. Home Instead was a great help for my parents in the last months of dad's life. They supported both mom and dad through his last steps. They helped mom to physically take care of dad and supported his wish to stay in his home. I would highly recommend their services.

I have utilized home Instead on two different occasions and they get a 5. They are very accommodating and kind. I would recommend their home care services to others looking.

They get 5's all the way in all categories. The whole group is outstanding. By the way, I plan on using in the future for needs that may arise for me. I already discussed this with them. In order to get the best service be very explicit about your wishes and goal. I found they will not disappoint. They obviously treat you like a customer but more importantly they treat like a partner in the care for the person. I found that their biggest asset for me was their flexibility and response time for the unplanned occurrences.

Home instead comes into my brother's home. He is satisfied with the service. He received assist with showers and shopping once a week. Only light housework is performed and meal prep for that evening.

Our family liked that the Managers came to our home to meet and talk with our Mom about her needs, and gave us a folder outlining all the rules the caregivers follow. We also found our main caregiver to have insight on our Mom's condition thankfully.

They were great. They fulfilled every need we had. They were easy to get started and were on the scene the same day.

Found Seniors Helping Seniors through A Place For Mom. It took 3 different caretakers until we found a stellar one. Company is very cooperative in helping find a wonderful match. They truly care. Recommended as a solution if a loved one is not ready to go into a full time facility.

The caregivers from Home Instead were very well trained and compassionate. They took care of my wife while we were on vacation and made our stay very enjoyable. They were friendly caring and talented.
