[name removed] has been my caregiver for several months. She is always punctual and meticulous in her work. She is very caring and a pleasure to spend time with. I appreciate her tremendously.

My brother needed help and I was given a variety of recommendations which I followed up on, both in-home care and possible alternatives. My brother grew very attached to his in-home caregiver, who was there with him when he died. I live perhaps 2,000 miles away; so, this was comforting to me. I had met her several times.

Amada has been providing round the clock for the last 2 and half years. Their caregivers are very compassionate and do everything for me. I was recently discharged from the hospital and lost a lot of weight. Amada has been great with cooking and trying to get me to eat. I would recommend Amada to anyone looking for outstanding care.

2nd Family provided wonderful care for my mother-in-law! [name removed] and [name removed] were awesome! All the aides were very caring and respectful and easily handled all of my mother-in-laws needs. We certainly recommend 2nd Family to anyone looking for exceptional care! We will definitely use 2nd Family again in the future!

They gave me the information I needed! Unfortunately there were only 2 choices in area. Home Instead has been great so far.

I highly recommend Talem Home Care of Colorado Springs enough. They provided excellent care for my grandmother, and I am so grateful for the support they offered our family. The caregivers are truly wonderful and compassionate, and the office staff is equally excellent, always maintaining clear communication.

Senior Helpers has been very helpful with only one time that the helper didn’t arrive as expected. We have been very grateful to have the help enabling me (the wife) to be away. I am able to schedule appointments and other activities for the time the helper is here. It makes me feel much more comfortable leaving my husband knowing there is someone with my husband in case of need.

Seniors Helping Seniors was a great experience. I had looked into one or two other agencies and this one seem to fit great for me. They were flexible with my schedule and the help they provided was very good. There were a few times that they actually went above and beyond what I even asked them to do. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my caregiver with me to AMADA. They hired her. I’ve had her for two years and she is AMAZING!!

HomeCare's process was thorough, timely and took into consideration our particular needs. The initial candidate we were introduced to seemed to be an okay fit and we scheduled his first shift the following week. Upon further reflection we changed our mind about working with him. Their care manager was very understanding. Subsequently she found a second helper who we liked much better and has now been helping out with three weekly shifts since mid-August.

Our family is at ease knowing that Sun City Center's Right at Home caretakers are with our mother. We were able to meet the team and our mother was able to speak freely about who she wanted to be there for her. [name removed], especially. [name removed] communicates with us, send photos and updates - which is sooo comforting. God sent. Thank you for your special attentive ways.

Great experience for such a difficult time. Highly recommend both [name removed] and [name removed] , as both helped me with my Mom, who went from needing someone about half time to needing someone full time very quickly. [name removed] was so understanding and helpful in arranging coverage.

My caregivers are always on time and come with a smile. They are helpful and have done anything I have asked.

I needed someone to come in daily for my mom when I was on vacation. Duties were to get her meals on wheels from the delivery people, services the meal. Give her daily medication (already sorted out in a weekly pill dispenser), make her tea. Get her snacks. Do laundry as needed. The care giver did a great job!

Getting old and learning to live (or die) with an incurable or debilitating disease presents challenges to patients and their families that are not always recognized or anticipated by the health care system. Providing ambulation aids such as walkers, for instance, is only half the battle if the patient isn’t taught the proper use of the equipment and encouraged to incorporate such safety measures in daily life. It is the human factors of anticipation, expectations, and fear that impact on quality of life just as much as freedom from pain. I found that the contact I have had with my team at Home Instead was the key to my living my life with hope and courage instead of with fear and anxiety. They helped me realize that this was simply another stage of life with its own challenges and rewards. Home Instead has provided a team of caring and knowledgable people who have been willing to conquer the challenges and maximize the rewards.

My Mom has been in and out of the hospital and Home Instead has worked closely with us to ensure she has the care she needs when she needs it. They provide consistent care givers that are the same every week who really know my Mom. I live out of state so their supplemental care gives me peace of mind.
