We’ve been using Amada for round the clock care for our Mom. They did an excellent job with helping her with the long term care insurance claims process. [name removed], their Director of Senior Care knew a lot about Alzheimer’s which helped our family greatly to help with our Mom. Their caregivers have been excellent! Thank you Amada!

The people. From the schedulers ([name removed]) and the ladies for my Daddy's crew, they were all great and couldn't help enough. Unfortunately, Daddy lost his battle [date removed] this year. Some of the girls have come by to check and see my mommy and I. Super sweet.

Thank you and appreciate Senior Helpers. [name removed] is wonderful! Our sister is of special needs in addition to recovering from fractured femoral and [name removed] was kind, understanding, patient and supportive of our sister! Our sister enjoyed & looked forward to [name removed] visits and so did we!

Front office communications has been excellent, appreciate quick responses to inquiries and great follow up when theres been challenges. Some Helpers have really shined, couple have had performance short comings, including arriving late, spending excessive time on cell phones, disappearing to a spare bathroom to avoid helping bathe Senior. Thankfully issues were quickly addressed. Appreciate everyone's efforts.

The flexibility in choosing our own hours and if caregiver calls in sick they do everything possible to find a replacement

Great service, attention and care towards my mother [name removed] , 91 years of age, full of energy, and is amazing with our dogs as well.

Grandparents have been receiving care from Senior Helpers for some time, and [name removed] , our main caregiver, has always provided amazing care to my family.

Been helping my Husband for over a year, and the staff has always been so kind. Care is always provided when we've needed it, and had no problems.

The owner has been responsive, and I have had some good caregivers. My mother is getting stronger. They have all had their strengths. The newest one takes initiative and does it independently. She seems to really know what she is doing. The other one is very attentive to my mother. We also had another one who was very good at doing my mom's PT exercises with her, which is why she has gotten stronger. They communicate well with my dad. Things have been going well, so I don't need to call them. One is really good at different things. She keeps up with things in the home.

I liked that they did everything so well and were always here. I liked that they were polite and courteous. The hospice staff would tell me what would change and what needed to get changed. They kept me informed. I liked that they changed his bandage.

The staff is competent and friendly. I can't think of anything for them to train on. I like their ability to work with my family member to make her comfortable. Again, I like their responsiveness. My daughter gets a lot of different caregivers, and the majority of them are rated 10, but some are rated 8.

I like that this company has some pleasant personnel. The company could improve by informing the caregiver better. The caregivers tend to be good at relating to my wife. The office staff could improve its communication with its employees. I look for caregivers who can relate to my wife's condition.

They listened to our needs, and they answered so many questions. I never felt like my questions were silly. It was a supportive and efficient experience.

I am very pleased on the care giving to my uncle [name removed] from [name removed] the care, the laughs and going over and beyond making it easier for him. She has been a breath of fresh air for all of us..
