Both workers were wonderful with our mom. We could not do it without them. They were very professional and caring.

This service exceeded our expectations and our need. The caregivers were compassionate, kind, friendly, and more like an extension of family.

I decided to go with [name removed] because as an owner he wasn’t just going through a Sales Script he experienced being a caregiver when he took care of his mom. All my concerns were relatable. He would reinforce each of my mom’s issue and have a solution and this he shared prior to me signing the contract. He was also able to provide caregivers on short notice and appears he has a large pool of staff with diverse ethnic background.

At home well the caretakers go through rigorous training to provide the most quality Care that can be provided to your family. They truly care about you and your family provide excellent communication in person over the phone and emails and through the app

Assistance home care are w out a doubt worth the price and experience especially the lady who came to our house, who cleaned and sat w my husband while I went to church

I used Cornerstone for immediate help when I got out of a long term stay in the hospital (over three weeks). The ladies were helpful in my regaining strength, getting around the house as needed, and fixing meals. As I’ve regained strength I have cut hours back to two mornings a week. They’ve been helping me reorganize my house that had started getting out of order due to my chronic illnesses. I’ve also used them to take me to doctors & infusion appointments. It’s been worth the money.

The coordinator was extremely helpful and pleasant whileguiding my daughter and I to the proper program. The AIDS were helpful, kind, efficient, and extremely clean. This was important to me having an auto immune deficiency. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance while living at home!

The management is very professional and she does everything she can to make sure your shift is covered. She communicates all aspects of your loved ones care they have done a great job.

Staff was responsive and easy to communicate with through a few different platforms. Seemed like a small business, which can be good and bad. Sometimes had to follow up several times to get answers. Everyone i spoke with was respectful and thorough.

Americare has provided good caring caregivers. Always attentive to my needs. They are always here on time, and right away start to take care of things.

We can't say enough good things about Seniors Helping Seniors. From the very first phone call to the evaluation and the entire time they helped us while my father-in-law was at home in hospice. The compassion and care with all of us, not just the patient but family as well. I hope I don't ever need them again but if I do I will definitely call. I will forever recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

Although I recovered much quicker than I thought was possible, I was comforted knowing that Home Instead was available if they were needed. We met with them & they had everything set up so all we had to do was make a phone call to start services when we needed them. Everyone we spoke with in the initial phase were professional & compassionate. I have a long recovery ahead of me and I know if I need them they will be there for me.

I needed a few hours of someone assisting me with my disabled adult child. This agency was the only one who could accommodate my request. Moreover, they and the caregiver sent were pleasant, on time, gentle with my child, knowledgeable on what to do. I plan to use them in the future for the 24/7 care my child will eventually need.

I didn't know how much I needed help until healthcare worker. She is organized and industrial in the work. I like her because of her intelligence and pleasant manner. She makes me laugh. I'm more relaxed and feel safer.
