All the people who came to help mom were very considerate and engaged mom in conversation. She needed that since my dad had recently passed away. Unfortunately due to some family issues we had to stop the service.

I had limited mobility after a hospital stay. They helped out while I was recovering. Very flexible on hours.

Very caring and understanding home agency. They are taking care of my 94 year mother in her home daily.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They accommodate you if there are any issues that come up. The only negative is that you need 24 hrs notice. We gave Hospice 3 days/week. Sometimes they don't show up and fail to give you a replacement. Since the absence is the same day, its not enough time to get Visiting Angels to fill in. Other than that, I would highly recommend them if you have the need.

My mother’s care has been great! We appreciate the help and company. It has taken some the heavy weight of responsibility off my shoulders.

I was very impressed with them. They came to meet me and my mother at the rehab facility before she was discharged home. Went over all the possibilities and offerings and we decided on a home health aide twice a week for three hours and it worked out extremely well. [name removed] was fantastic and took care of my mother with kindness and compassion and was so helpful! I definitely recommend them for all of your home care professional needs. I am a nurse and am very particular, and they answered all my questions and were very receptive and responded back immediately when I had questions.

My mom, who has Type I diabetes and stage 4 renal failure, unexpectedly stayed with me for a couple of weeks last summer (2026), prompting a scramble for a home health agency that could assist me with her care on short notice. Within 48, Senior Helpers of Westchester arranged an emergency visit from an administrator and home health aide with me and my mom to do an assessment. The following the home health aide return and provided excellent care for my mom. A first-rate operation. I highly recommend them for your at-home health care needs.

I was nervous and apprehensive. I have been bedridden for years. My bestie of over 20 years took on the responsibility of taking care of me from day one. My bestie needed an important surgery and we had no one that we trusted to take care of me while she spent a day or two in the hospital and a couple days at home, while she recovered. My health insurance did not cover this cost but it was something we needed to asap. I appreciate the care I received from HomeInstead. The person that came to take care of me was very personable, kind and funny. She did a wonderful job of taking care of me.

I would give Home Helpers 20 stars if that was an option. My mom and I used their services for a year in various stages and they were a life saver for me. The initial meeting with my mom and me was with the owner and her coordinator and both of them put us at easy and comfortable knowing somebody responsible and trustworthy would be in mom's home. When mom's care needs increased, Home Helpers responded quickly with consideration for my mom's changing care. The team is always quick to respond to my texts and if we needed a last minute schedule change of adding hours they worked diligently to make that happen. Home Helpers of Clark County helped navigate me through mom's health decline and they were the ones who alerted me to thinking mom had a UTI (she had no "normal" symptoms, which come to find out happens with elderly) which could have been catastrophic if left undiagnosed and untreated. They also help us navigate the skilled nursing world and I'm eternally grateful for that.

[name removed] has been my caregiver for several months. She is always punctual and meticulous in her work. She is very caring and a pleasure to spend time with. I appreciate her tremendously.

My brother needed help and I was given a variety of recommendations which I followed up on, both in-home care and possible alternatives. My brother grew very attached to his in-home caregiver, who was there with him when he died. I live perhaps 2,000 miles away; so, this was comforting to me. I had met her several times.

Amada has been providing round the clock for the last 2 and half years. Their caregivers are very compassionate and do everything for me. I was recently discharged from the hospital and lost a lot of weight. Amada has been great with cooking and trying to get me to eat. I would recommend Amada to anyone looking for outstanding care.

2nd Family provided wonderful care for my mother-in-law! [name removed] and [name removed] were awesome! All the aides were very caring and respectful and easily handled all of my mother-in-laws needs. We certainly recommend 2nd Family to anyone looking for exceptional care! We will definitely use 2nd Family again in the future!

They gave me the information I needed! Unfortunately there were only 2 choices in area. Home Instead has been great so far.

I highly recommend Talem Home Care of Colorado Springs enough. They provided excellent care for my grandmother, and I am so grateful for the support they offered our family. The caregivers are truly wonderful and compassionate, and the office staff is equally excellent, always maintaining clear communication.

Senior Helpers has been very helpful with only one time that the helper didn’t arrive as expected. We have been very grateful to have the help enabling me (the wife) to be away. I am able to schedule appointments and other activities for the time the helper is here. It makes me feel much more comfortable leaving my husband knowing there is someone with my husband in case of need.

Seniors Helping Seniors was a great experience. I had looked into one or two other agencies and this one seem to fit great for me. They were flexible with my schedule and the help they provided was very good. There were a few times that they actually went above and beyond what I even asked them to do. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my caregiver with me to AMADA. They hired her. I’ve had her for two years and she is AMAZING!!
