Overall experience: All staff was very welcoming and inclusive, ready to lend a hand. They take great pride in the care they give and it shows in their residents and in their communication with the family.

My mother has lived in memory care at The Palace since April 2026. The facility is absolutely stunning and is designed to have the appearance of a five star hotel. Lovely rooms with custom closets, refrigerator and washer/dryer in every room. There are two full time recreational therapists so the residents are occupied all day long. [name removed] the activities director is amazing. Super creative, positive and enthusiastic. Trust me you have never met anyone like him. There is "happy hour" entertainment every day including singers, a harpist and a violinist. They do a variety of activities to stimulate the senses of vision, sound, touch and smell! Lots of physical games modified for their abilities. Monthly theme parties for residents and family which are super elaborate. The aids are very attentive and patient with the residents and make sure that they are clean and dry. Showers every day! The memory care director is very accessible and responsive. The food is very tasty but sometimes isn't especially appealing due to lack of color variety. There is an on-site clinic with a doctor and a podiatrist makes regular visits. My mom came from Indiana and I'm used to an LPN or RN working all shifts but I guess that isn't required in Florida so I feel like that could be better staffed. The good news is they are very well staffed with experienced nurses aids who are skilled and kind. The is the highest price facility that I know of but if you can afford The Palace, you will know you are doing all you can for your loved one with dementia.

Only thing that was troubling was the staff that did not speak English when they took care of patients. [name removed], being old, felt they were talking about him and was uncomfortable. All office personnel went out of their way to be accommodating. Dining room was a pleasure and being a chef [name removed] appreciated the food and service. He loved his espresso and the girls who worked at the bar. The room was pleasant and I am happy that since he could not be home with me, he spent his last days at the Palace.

5 for all. What we like the most about The Palace at Weston is that it is beautiful and a well ran facility. The staff members there are very competent and friendly. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

So far she is well taken care of. That Palace is not a Memory Care facility so I am not sure if she would be better off in one of those. But from what I see they appear to be well staffed and very attentive

Staff are always friendly and greet everyone with a big authentic smile. They all have good memories and know all of the residents and families members. They are willing to help when asked. They enjoy helping the residents and interacting with them on a daily basis

Total night and day difference from when she was in rehab for the 10 days; she slept the whole time and was literally vacant and non-responsive. * she's always dressed nicely, groomed, clean and comfortable. * the facilities are very nice, clean and well maintained. It's early in the process but so far, we've been very pleased with how they are taking care of our mother

Top notch, Ample size apartments with 1.5 bathrooms, many closets, washer/dryer, den, bdrm, den and kitchen. Every amenity you could want. They take affirmative actions to ensure a fun social environment and welcome residence family and friends to come.

My visit with my sister [name removed] during her stay at The Palace was such an absolute blessing. Your staff was very attentive and the meals in the dining hall were very good.

All areas are great. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for a place for their loved one.

Mom recently moved to The Palace and I can't say enough good things about the management and staff in the building. They always go above and beyond. Having local owners who are always around makes a huge difference.

I have my father-in-law at the Palace independent living and it has been the best thing for him. He is very social and has the ability to have a great group of people to talk to all day so he is not lonely. He enjoys the social events and parties but by far, when I see him at his evening dinner with his table of guys, he looks so happy. The Palace is like a family and the staff are very attentive. It is a great place to be.

The Palace at Weston is incredible. I had my parents at the Palace in Coral Gables and moved them to Weston after I moved to Broward County. We couldn't be happier. There's so much for them to do and the staff is attentive and warm. Love it.

Staff is very friendly, home is always clean. My grandma seems quite content and safe there.

The Palace in Coral Gables is an excellent place to live. My mother has been there for five years. She just celebrated her 100th birthday and the Palace gave her a party that was the “best night of her life”. [Name removed], we checked out like 10 different places before we chose to put my mother in the Palace. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided to my mother. Everyone there knew her name and were always pleasant when me or any of my family members showed up to visit or dine with my mother. I felt she was always clean and up and about during the day, not just sitting in her room watching TV. I always had a enjoyable experience when I visited and will truly miss seeing the staff they became part of my family over the past 3 years.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Palace staff, they respond very quickly to any questions or requests we may have. My father is always well groomed, clean, and well fed.
