We moved my Aunt in a few months ago and could not be happier! She loves all the staff who work there and talks about the activities all the time. It's so nice to see her happy again. highly recommend!!

The facility is top notch! The staff is compassionate. The activities director is a 10+ The dinning offers two meal choices plus a staple menu if you don't care for either option. My dad is well cared for around the clock with an excellent staff patient ratio. They have almost every type of physician available so you don't have to leave the facility for dr. Appointments. They have an in house salon and pharmacy and I can go on... how pleased we are with this home.

Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. The facility and staff are very neat, organized, and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to guests and residents.

The staff including sales, move in, prime fit, restaurant and maintenance are always very kind and address people by their names and make sure to talk with residents at their level so if they are in wheelchairs etc. they will bend down so they can see faces and able to hear them well.

High quality place. Great accommodations, food. Plenty of activities and staff that really cares. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Of course, my family and I were nervous about placing Mom in Assisted Care living. She needed Memory Care and this facility provided it 100%. Mom is more active than she has been in years. She enjoys the Sitterize classes, the many music entertainment, and field trips. My family and I frequently say, "Mom's fine !" We have absolutely no worries and feel this place is perfect for Mom. And she constantly says how much she loves her room. She fine the staff very nice and helpful. They are angels, and I'm lucky Mom has them taking care of her. This place is one for your list if looking for an Assisted Living Care.

In visiting the facility, we found the sales associate, [name removed] to be extremely informative, patient, and caring. There was absolutely no pressure to make any type of commitment. He was very sincere and honest. The facility itself is clean and attractive. The employees are helpful, friendly, polite, and caring. My mom is in independent living at this time but does have the assistance of an outside caregiver. The facility is very good about working with the outside caregivers. It allows residents to have the option of staying in the independent living apartments if they need some help but do not need to be in assisted living yet. My mom enjoys the food and the activities offered.

Staff is always available & helps asap. Very friendly. Visited almost all senior living places from woodland to Bellevue & everything was much better here except the food. It's just ok. Brittany Park also has lots of fun places they drive us to in there 12 seat Van. Last couple of months some of the places we've gone to see New Waterfront including Pike Market, Crystal mountain for gondola ride & lunch, Waterways boat cruise on Lake Washington & lunch, Mariners day game, etc. A very good fitness program.

From the beginning meeting the leasing director [name removed] to the dining room staff I can tell you I highly recommend this community! I am so relieved and pleased with the entire staff and my experience. I know my father is in the best care with compassionate people. The dining room Director as "[name removed]" and her entire dining room staff.

Staff recommend move in service was good and fairly priced. Many in-house activities. Landscaped grounds with frequent events in the village green, nice planning for holiday events. Great communication with families.

We were doing our visit virtual and Korey was amazing. She did a FaceTime with us and walked through the whole place for a tour- she introduced us to staff and residents. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and confident in our decision.

Volante of Largo is a very clean place and everyone is so friendly and caring. The residents all seem so happy. I love to go and visit. It's a fun place. They have apartments with two rooms and studio apartments. The rooms are all very nice. They have a little kitchenette, bathroom and huge closet. The price includes laundry, three meals a day and housekeeping. They have a lot of activities for the residents. It's a really nice place.

Keep guest engaged and active and yes we would recommend the community to other families.
