Staff - good and bad, no different than any other facility Activities - have not been attended much, but very happy they have added a Grief Group recently Food - generally pretty good, but salty sometimes (huge issue - see false advertising that I will share last) Apartment - very nice but not much kitchen cabinet space Cleanliness - the weekly cleaning of bathroom and kitchen provided is not good - we have hired someone else to do additional cleaning because of this False advertising - my dad needs a low sodium diet and Talamore lists it as an additional $[removed] per month, however after we had movers arranged etc, at lease signing the day before move in, we were told they do not offer that, but that "their food is low sodium, they make their own lunch meats, and salt is not on the table", But salt is on the table and I do not believe it is all low sodium (I have had a sodium reaction when eating there) - a year later that low sodium diet is still listed as an option so I checked again and it is still not offered, and [name removed] said they are leaving it in the list since they are 'always low sodium' - Minnesota Attorney General 's Office asked me to submit 3 different complaints regarding this (I have not had the time yet) - this is very bad for elderly that need low sodium

Staff is nice and helpful. Food is great. My mom is not getting involved in any activities. We've asked for help getting her to participate and this doesn't seem to be happening. My mom used the hair salon and she enjoyed that experience.

My Mom was in Caretta Eau Claire. It was a nice facility with a caring staff. I would recommend.

I really like living at Broad well senior living and the food is delicious. Mostly good.

Staff and activities were very good. There was something going on almost all the time and staff worked to get residents involved. They were always happy to have family there and let us get involved too. Food wasn't the greatest. It was like most institutional food. There is a happy hour on Friday afternoons that included special foods sometimes, and this was pretty tasty and a fun time. The atmosphere is good. It is bright with lots of windows and nice garden areas. I felt my loved one was in good hands and safe there.

This is a much better place then the place he was living in, in Florida. Might be a little spendy but they have a lot of additional support, especially in the dependent care side. The food is great. I would say restaurant quality level meal

Like most: the Activities are varied, now if only I could get my brother-in-law to try more of them. Needs Improvement: The administrative staff is VERY hard to reach, and they don't do a good job of notifying family of changes - they changed the security system on [date removed] and didn't tell residents or family in advance. Weekend staff were handing out their personal phone numbers so people without the new fobs could get in.

The staff is very dedicated and helpful.

The location on Selby has 10 good, different, one-of-a-kind restaurants within a mile. The M - F chair exercises were so helpful that's what I miss the most.

Everything is pretty wonderful except her mom and laundry can messy at times. Meals are amazing and room size is generous. The only bad thing is the laundry put away is disorganized and her room can be messy, like the bathroom needs to be wiped down and the floors cleaned.

Pretty facility, room layout choices are quite nice. Mom's studio is a good size and very comfortable for her. Friendly tenants - my mom has made lots of new friends. They have a nice variety of activities almost every day. They have had some turnover and trouble finding enough help, but I think that's universal. My mom is in independent living right now but love that if she needs assisted living, she won't have to move. Mom's rent includes 10 meals/month in the dining room and she likes that she can choose when she uses them and when she can choose her favorite featured meals. She says the food is "pretty good". She loves Hayden Grove!

The place is very new, bright, and cheerful. Absolutely nothing like the "home" my grandparents went to! The staff seems to really work hard to make the whole experience easy for the customer. Very, very happy I chose Talamore for my Mom!!!

It's a very nice place to live. It's expensive compared to some other communities. but the daily care she gets is very nice. I think the apartment size are average. They offer daily activities, which is very nice.

We picked them because it was close to a hospital and freeway. New and bright interior. We needed to find someplace fast and they were willing to work with us to get my parents in within a week.

Wish they did more cleaning in mom's room. We loved the staff. The activities staff was amazing. The cost is so high, but other places are the same.

Talamore was wonderful overall. Talamore was clean, they kept things very tidy. The CNA's were kind to my Mom and me. They went out of their way to make things right for her and me. I actually miss seeing many of them. The staff took good care of my Mom. They distributed her meds, checked on her, called me about any concerns. The Nursing Director listened to my concerns, I was happy overall. Meals/Dining - This will be the lowest score. The food was ok, but I think they need to change-up the menu more. The Activities were great! They were always offering things to do, places to go and brought in a lot of entertainment. Value for cost - Well, it wasn't cheap to live there but you get what you pay for. My Mom stayed at 3 places and Talamore was the best. If I could do it all over again would I recommend Talamore, of course I would. They were good to Mom and me, I felt like they cared and connected with us both. It's a beautiful facility with very caring people.

The facility is very clean. Staffing is all in house no travelers. Food I think is an issue with all facilities lots of preprocessed and not much variety. The actives are very good there is someone there daily to do different things with patients. Only these facilities or Paramount on top of things things get missed like changes of medication that don't come right away specifics about your loved one that may not get passed on to each individual staff each day. Overall, they are much much better than the previous facility we were at, but it's only been because our family is very involved in my mom's care. Often go to see her and ask questions with the staff.

The only thing I would say that was negative, is that I wasn’t sure how often they consistently conducted their activities to keep the tenants engaged. My mom definitely needed that and I just wasn’t sure how consistent that was throughout the day. Otherwise, I thought the place was fabulous, it was clean, And we were very happy with Mom’s care there.

Broadwell offered many of the things we were looking for in a home for Mom. She is very happy with the design, size, and features in her apartment. The staff is friendly and they do work hard to provide activities and options for the residents. They hold monthly meetings to hear concerns and suggestions from the residents. Their biggest struggle has been the culinary offerings and staff levels....it is an ongoing work in progress.
