It is a really friendly place. Very welcoming. Both the staff and the residents are friendly. The food is okay was better when the dining room was open. The room sizes are adequate. There is pond ,walking path and patio out back. Lots of outdoor space.

I toured here and it was okay. It’s a huge facility. I think if I lived here, even I would get lost because it’s so big. But the facility itself seemed to be well cared for and maintained. Probably because it’s larger, there were more options and services available. They had a very large staff as well. I think overall it was a lot bigger than what my parents would’ve been comfortable with. They had a few different amenities and activities to offer like a big chapel, crafts, games, and there was a salon onsite

My loved ones love their apartment here. The staff have been really great. I do feel they could do more with the activities they offer. The community is clean and the grounds are beautiful. This community is in a good location. They offer ten meals a week and the food is ok. They do seem to charge a little too much for what they offer. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

We have been pretty satisfied with Cottagewood so far. They have worked very well with us through a difficult time, and we appreciate it. I would give them a four or four and a half. We don't have any major complaints.

A safe place for Mom Cottagewood Memory Care has proven to be a excellent choice for placement for our Mom. She is getting settled in (which as everyone who is in the position) takes awhile to adjust. They serve great family style meals that the residents if they want can help with. Our Mom has a great roommate and they hit it off right away. Mom does get anxious once and awhile and the staff calls one of the children to have her talk to them. All and all I feel that Cottagewood was a good choice for us. It is a small, friendly, Memory care facility.

As you can tell, I think they do everything consistently very well. It was by far the best value from the places we looked at. So far my mother has had a good experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Things are going pretty well. It's very clean and the staff is friendly, and attentive. They have lots of activities, and I have eaten there several times and have been very pleased. They have a good variety on their menu to choose from. We were supposed to get a storage locker with the room, and there just aren't enough to go around, for now we are renting a garage. Also new residents get an ambassador to show them around, but that is a few days after they move in, it would be nice if that happened a little quicker. We chose them based for a few reasons, price and location of course, but also it was more homey than our second choice, and my parents really liked the chapel there.

This community would be better if there were people that had more in common with me. Some departments of the community are improving and you can see the difference. The food service is one of the area improving. The food service staff seemed not to care before but since they have got a new manager they have really been shaping up. They are doing a much better job and you can tell they will continue to improve. It is a country like setting with a few garden spots where residents can request to grow a garden.

Recently The Preserve at Roseville has had an ownership change. It is Expensive. The Memory Care Staff and Nursing staff is very good. The apartment could be a bit cleaner in areas that are not immediately used, floor, corners, sills and surfaces. Overall, my father is well cared for which is most important.

There are lots of RAs who truly care about us residents and it shows. [name removed] at the front desk knows the answer to just about every question you could think of! [name removed] in activities is very good and works hard to provide activities for every age and ability, and adapts for those who need a little extra help.

She is very happy with her apartment. She likes the various activities they offer. She loves the activity director. She has made lots of friends. She likes the food OK, but is happy that they regularly have meetings about the food offered and are very open to suggestions.

Overall, beautiful facility, spacious apartments, and great food (according to mom). Initially, the staff was very accommodating, friendly and prompt with help. After Talamore was sold, front desk support was less available, activity schedules seemed thin and more frequently canceled, response time to pulls on the emergency cord was longer than EMTs.

The food is not hot, and there is not much variety - not like restaurant, but it's nursing-home style. Staff is friendly but could be more informational. Very clean facility.

The facilities are very modern, clean, and both the building and landscaping are well maintained. Our mom started in independent living, we added assisted living with medicine management only a few months later and then moved to Memory Care. The staff is caring and helped us with this difficult transition. Memory Care provides a bit more structure and less choices. Which is what she needs.

Overall experience has been good. Be prepared to continually introduce and assist your loved one into the community. Cleanliness of the facility is very good. Friendliness is very good. The residents are awesome. Quality of care is good. Assisted living facility qualified, or attentive assistance, is apparently difficult to find, but they do a great job. Administrative staff lack attention to detail. Food is reported to be good. I do not eat there often, but when I have, I have found the food to be of excellent quality. Activities are very good. Value for the money is tough to assess, as it is expensive anywhere you go.

Cleanliness is ok. She runs out of TP constantly. Room size and view is great! Food is wonderful! All Staff is wonderful! Activity director is great! Super nice and cares.

The reason the food scored lower is because my Mom is a very picky eater and I'm going off of what she has said. I haven't actually seen the food myself. The rooms are quite spacious and beautiful. Mom really likes playing the various games offered.

The facilities are very clean, there are lots of activities going on every day, the dining room was safe, clean, accessible. The staff are friendly and approachable. My dad is very happy living at Broadwell.

Food is great and the facility is beautiful.

I don't feel this community is the best value for Independent Living, especially if you have your own car and prefer to go out often. It seems better suited for someone who plans to stay on-site most of the time and rely on the amenities provided. That said, it is a friendly community with a welcoming atmosphere and offers a variety of in-house activities for residents who enjoy participating.
