The staff were friendly and it was clean.

At first, it was a little hard with being with my loved one and having other patients in his room, but it is okay. The nurses are doing a great job. I like the LVN. I noticed that they clean every day and nothing is on the floor. They do a great job with that.

There have been a few issues we worked through. They are really friendly there. They make sure his transportation is set up for appointments. It seems to be clean and very welcoming. There are flowers, and the floor is really clean.

I've only visited a few times, and it seemed fine. The front desk person was friendly, but that was the only person I encountered. It's not the newest facility, but it's okay. My loved one says the food is good. They called and told me discharge date.

The therapy is good. My loved one says he is getting better every day. He eats everything. There were a number of times when I visited that I asked the aide for help twice. I was shocked that they were chatting and not paying attention. When they helped, it was great.

The therapists seem to know what they are doing. The cleanliness is great, and operations has their finger on the maintenance of the facility. There is not a smell. The staff is fantastic, and they introduce themselves, but they are overwhelmed. It is inadequately staffed. The responses are not good at times. The response time is longer than five minutes. The nurses are not available all the time. There is a wait for prescriptions. They have to go through a process and lack follow-up. There are male CNAs changing females. The food presentation is lousy. They have never spoken to me. PT is very open to communication.

The staff has been really good. It is fairly clean. She does not complain about the food. The care is excellent. The staff is super friendly. It would help if my loved one had a little more privacy. Everybody needs to improve on communication, especially the doctors.

The nurses are very good. There have been a couple of incidents, but overall it is good.

I have not heard any bad things from my mom. It sounds from her like everything is good!

The nurses are great. The aides are great. It is really clean. My loved one was not getting ice on her leg, but now she is. She is waiting 15 to 20 minutes for pain meds. They do not call us. The food is worthless. We are taking her food. They are nice, but the food is a bad issue with staying there.

I heard from the facility when my loved one fell. I am pleased with the amount of contact they are providing as far as keeping me informed.

Right now, everything is going well. The therapy is wonderful. We had a meeting, and my mother was included. She likes a particular nurse and some of the aides. We have had some difficult times. There was an issue with one of the aides. We had a problem with dirty diapers in the room. The whole wing had a smell, but everything has improved. They have good meals, but she does not like starches and does like vegetables.

The experience has been pretty good for my loved one. She says the meals are good. They are pretty good at informing me. They called me when she went to the hospital. She is still not getting the right brand of medication, though.

This is a really great community but yearly increases of 3%-5% are guaranteed to occur. It's pricey already.

My loved one likes all the food, except for the grilled cheese.

The CNAs are attentive and it's very clean. It's not nursing-homey, it's not like an institution.

I would recommend them to anyone that lived in this area. Everyone was really nice. My bed was not very good, it had a hole in it. The meals were very good.

It was very clean. I ate in my room, but the food was excellent. I had weekly meetings with them, so I was informed.

The staff was great and very kind and the services were excellent. It was quite clean considering how many people come through there. The meals were as good as I could hope for, but it was still institutional food.
