Well planned out. There was enough seating for everyone . The food was excellent also we had the opportunity to share desert with our loved ones. That made it real nice for us to end the evening. I totally enjoyed the event and look forward to the next one.

We are very happy that my mother has decided to live at Fox Point. She is safe now and has been able to enjoy a lot of social interaction with other residents. Her medical needs have been addressed. All of the staff members have been very friendly and helpful.

The nursing staff is excellent! The CNA care givers are also excellent. It is a beautiful place at Autumn Leaves of Crystal Lake and my mom is very happy there.

My spouse is much happier in this special environment than in the rehab/nursing center where 2 mos. were spent. The rooms are much more spacious and even provide more privacy in a semi-private room. Facilities for watching TV and activities as well as dining are more plentiful and comfortable. Th e caregivers toilet residents every few hours to prevent accidents and to prevent them from having to sit in soiled Depends for lengthy periods. Showers are more frequent -- 3xweek versus 1xweek, so cleanliness and hygiene is better. Rates are comparable to other facillities. They have a great interface with Heartland Hospice. They also offer free seminars and support group meetings for friends and family of residents to help them deal with, understand and otherwise live with the dementia diagnosis of a loved one. And allow the caregiver/s respite from this difficult job.

We were very impressed from the first time we went to Bellevue. All the staff AND residents that we passed said "Hi". And they all seemed cheerful and happy. The public rooms are spacious and inviting. Expecially, mom seems to be more perky and sociable!!

Things have gone very well at HarborChase so far! It is just the sort of place we were looking for. They don't offer a lot of "frills" here, but the basic care they provide is excellent. The staff are very respectful and understanding of the challenges faced by their residents. The help they provide is low-key, practical, and down-to-earth, which always my loved one to feel relaxed and comfortable here. The residents and staff are all very friendly, and they've got a good variety of activities to keep everyone engaged and social, Mom is really enjoying herself here!

The carpet in the main living areas, is stained and could use some cleaning or a replacement. Everything else is pretty clean. The base price is fine, and they don't have a menu, for an a la carte deal, If you have any kind of assistance, like have having someone remind you to come to activities, then you are charged a level of care. Which is a flat rate and kind of high. The food is pretty good. They have a good amount of activities. The activities director is really personable, and talks to my mom too, not just to me. I think she is pretty happy there.

I am so glad we found Fox Point Manor. My mom was in memory care. All the staff was warm, caring and kind. I can't say enough about them! They did an outstanding job attending to her personal, mental and health needs. She always was treated with dignity and respect. We too felt part of the Fox Point Manor family.

Sometimes the communication is not that great. I'm still trying to get my dad his depends that they said they would get through medicare/the VA. My dad has internet that he doesn't need but that's a comcast problem I guess. I found that it's a lot of follow up, talking to people in the office and the staff and over here and over there to try to get everything together. That's been a problem.

Incredible place for the residents they serve. My father is not at that level yet but if he was, they tend to the clients very well

The staff is really great we love them and they love my mom and us too but they are a bit unorganized and often under staffed. The food is the thing that is not very good. But we came from regency in Muskego which was a 5 but they don't have memory care so needed to leave due to my mom's advancing condition.

My husband was a resident at Courtyard for 4 months. He had Alzheimer's and passed away [date removed]. Overall I was pleased with this place. Most of the staff were very good. If there was a problem we could go to [name removed] and she would address the problem and take care of it. She made many improvements while my husband was there. I think the food was pretty good too.

Everything is basically fine, my apartment is fine. The common areas should really be larger, they are well used and alot of activity which is good. The outside needs more space, but right now construction is going on, and the plan for sidewalks which will really help. As far as food I know it is hard with this many people. I would recommend it to others. People should look for themselves. Most people here seem happy to be here!

Staff do a great job making the facility feel cozy, comfortable, and it is kept very clean. Residents are kept involved in a multitude of activities in shared group areas. Staff keep guardians well informed. Resident rooms and private bathrooms are spacious.

The apartments are very nice. We do like it there. Some of the caretakers are wonderful and caring but there are a few that are on their phones constantly and aren't attentive. The food is ok. It would be nice if the memory care building had more activities.

The staff is very nice, they keep the place clean and the food is terrible (according to my mom). My rating and my mom's would be very different. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Since the recent change in the administration and some new employees there has been improvement. I think it is very clean and my brother likes the food. One possible complaint is that there is not a lot of activities. I know that is limited because of the condition of the residents.

My mother is still at heritage house and is doing well. I don't think she likes some of the meals but overall I still think it's a nice place. The staff seems kind and the place is well maintained. I would recommend to others.

It's pretty inside, The single rooms feel spacious, the food selection seems good. IMPROVEMET NEEDED: Weekend activities are needed. the weekends look pretty boring around there. More variety in activities such as easy cooking classes. Even if it's as simple as frosting cupcakes or decorating cookies. Volunteer opportunities for people in lower levels of assisted living. It gets boring sitting there all day with no sense of purpose. Work harder to get residence involved to meet people and make friendships. Not everyone is good at that.

The staff was very caring, attentive, and compassionate. However, there were some downsides. The food was not satisfactory, and there was also an issue with lost laundry, which was frustrating and disappointing.
