My dad lived at Cherry Oak for eight years. Oh how I have seen it change over those years. But I am also so thankful for the staffs dedication to care for my dad and all the residents. We all know every building has their struggles. What is most important when looking for a place for a loved one is how they will be treated when you’re not around and I know for a fact my dad was well taken care of everyday! Even in my dad final days at Cherry Oak the staff was right by his side. I truly appreciate everyone who works at the building and I’m so thankful for each of them who showed my dad care and compassion even when he was grumpy! I’m thankful my dad got to call this place home until his final day.

Caring memory care facility. Allows us to bring our dogs to visit. Had a beautiful holiday party with great entertainment for two hours. Dancing, singing so fun. He likes the food and is happy. Has made new friends as well.

What really stood out to us was the people, they were just so nice and really went above and beyond. One lady in particular we believe she was the director was just phenomenal. At times our loved one was difficult and they knew how to handle the situations and just really took good care of him.

this is a wonderful community, family owned and operated. Staff very compassionate. Love the residents here.

My family and I where so happy of the serve that my mother had from the staff Cherry oak. Prior to her going there she was depressed and alone. Her last 7years was the best years of her life. Thank You !!!

When it came to the care services, they called us anytime something happened with updates and all the staff members were very friendly.

My 95-year-old father was a resident of The Broadmoor for the last six months of his life, and I appreciate more than words can tell the care he received. The staff was amazing, keeping his room and laundry clean, good food, activities - including a delicious family Thanksgiving meal I was able to attend with him - and kindness from everyone there. At the end he was able to stay in his same familiar room when Hospice was called in. At a difficult time in our family's life, I'm so thankful to have found The Broadmoor.

I feel such a sense of relief now that my siblings and myself have made the decision to move my father into Colonial Assisted Living in Lantana, FL. We were greeted like family from the moment we stepped through the front door. The Executive Director gave us the tour, and could not have been nicer. The residents were happy and greeted each staff member warmly. It was a cheerful, happy environment and the building offers spacious rooms and brightly lit common areas. Dad was initially not thrilled with giving up his home since he became a widower, but he is gradually looking forward to the sense of ease that comes with someone else taking care of his cooking/meals, his doctor appointments and medications, his laundry and his housekeeping. We are so grateful that the staff has welcomed him like family.

My sweetheart Auntie lives here and she is so well cared for. I felt compelled to write something because of the reviews some people write. They must be competitors because I have seen nothing but caring, loving people that have taken my aunt in like family. The food is excellent, the space is great and activities are well planned. I have to plan around Bingo because she will not miss a single game. It is serious business! So glad she found The Colony Club, I only wish I would have brought her here sooner. Hope this helps the next person when trying to decide where to place your loved one!

Though my Brother [Name removed] was there for a short visit before reaching his final home with the Lord, we cannot express our thankfulness from the Administration to the Individual Caretakers. He was treated with so much kindness and loving care. We want to really express to the ladies in the Memory Loss Unit that we always felt after leaving our visits with him that he was in good hands. Thank's To All Of You.

I visit my grandma on the weekends and I love the environment that they are in. Everyone seems pleasant and happy to work there. I feel comfortable knowing that my grandma is being taken care of so well!!

my dad put my mother in Broadmoor a while ago and she passed away sept lst 2004 and I have to say [Removed] and some of the other staff really took care of my mom and my dad and I were quite happy I know I was iam quite sure my dad was also because the way he told me. we only had one time with bad experience with one of the people that is or was working there. [Removed] deserves a raise and a good compliment the way she works there. keep up the good work Broadmoor. love and care [Removed]

From the first visit I knew this was the place for my Mom, its warm welcoming atmosphere is just what she needs. Everyone I have met there [Removed], are just so great, caring and really interested in how my Mom is but also made me and my sister comfortable with her being there, as at the last place had bad experiences. I know my Mom is happier and Broadmoor is the place, also the pricing was wonderful, we would have been out of money at the other place. I thank God [REmoved] at A Place for MOM gave me this facility to go look at. would highly recommend this facility.

My husband is in a happy, loving, healthy and fun environment at Broadmoor. He loves his"new house" . The staff knows the patients well and they adapt to each ones needs. The administrator Keri is the most kind, genuine, knowledgeable person I have ever met. Her staff is terrific,and a positive reflection of her. Ron has been there two months now, and I have not had one moment of doubt. He is in perfect place for him. I have recommended to friends from the support group, when the time comes, to visit Broadmoor.. It is comfortable, and homelike, the bedrooms are clean and each one has its own bathroom. It is encouraged, to be social and there are different areas , music game area with table and chairs for games, as well other soft chairs to relax in while they sing. Another area has lots of recliners and sofas by the TV which is turned to old movies or sports, another area has a tv that plays a CD with kittens playing,. The dining room and kitchen is very efficient since the staff helps many patients eat. There is a smaller area if you want some quiet time to read or talk with a friend or visitor,and always other patients and staff to help,so never boring. This is just one the area my husband is in. The 3 levels of care called neighborhoods. The preschool from my church came at Christmas time to sing. the patients loved it as well as the kids. It was a win win situation.

Affordable and nice building. My mother currently stays here and I really enjoy visiting her here. The staff is always welcoming forthcoming about any updates or changes happening to the facility. The courtyard is tended to often and the fountain makes you feel at home.

Beautiful building. I believe this was an old nursing home so it has more security features like nursing call buttons and more secure areas. We met the most adorable woman named Gene when we toured. This facility is huge and has a fountain, library, bingo area, great room and I'm sure much more than what we saw during our short time there. They were in the process of doing renovations (which is always good) so we look forward to seeing the updated foyer when it is complete.

The Broadmoor is a place for people who have bad Alzheimer. The staff is great, they really are wonderful and let you know with everything that is going on. It could be a little cleaner, but they have a great staff.

This facility is amazing and the Staff was wonderful!! Hoping we can work this one out financially for Dad!

Overall it has been a very good experience. All of the people have been very accommodating and helpful. The facility is very nice, comfortable, and spacious. The staff and residents are all very friendly. It has been a good fit for my mother. Holly was the person who contacted me. She was very helpful and very friendly. The Century Oaks is a very nice place and I'm just glad that it has been a good fit for my mom.
